I cannoned/barraged cannoneers/dwarfs for a while, decided to switch to meleeing dwogres after I got a left half drop. Cannoneers have higher lp and will hit with melee, plus there's usually a bot or two on most of them. I've done around ~1500 dwogre kills now, using void+whip and protect melee/piety. I've been getting 150ish kills a trip, xp is not bad either.

Chaotic staff AND Arcane stream necklace, if you can. Surge all the way. Verac's is good because of its prayer bonus. Guthan's is good because of the +50 ranged defence bonus & healing, but, it's magic attack bonus is lower.

Personally, I did oak larders with sc hammers, made mithril bolts with sc hammers again, and made the highest battlestaves i could. If you don't care about price you could make mahogany tables, highest level platebodies, and craft green d'hide bodies.

Verac's Helm/Granite Shield/Hides works venge & dragon bolts (e) can combo quite high
