Jagex dont control the adverts, most adverts are connected to a central website which controls adverts on many websites. Jagex only create revenue for having the advert on thier website.

That wouldve happened whether or not it was a pure, your in the wilderness, and abyss pker is nearby who can attack you, you arent going to be there for long. And if you dont like it, you go get ice barrage and go to it to somebody else buying runes :x
