It could be a Constitution-esque skill. We'll call it Will. The longer you play the less Will you have and if you play for too long your will reaches zero and your character kills itself

Myreque V will be better than Salt in the Wound (Derpiest Catch was better than that crap) but it won't live up to the previous 4 quests

dammit I just used Peng points yesterday on Summoning and the only levels I need for Myreque V are in Slayer

And then you get quests where you meet some jack off blacksmith who hasn't heard of you so you have to do trivial crap before the actual questing. I don't know how many quests do this but it's too many. I've destroyed demons threatening the most important city in the world, I've thwarted Mahjarret multiple times, I've stopped a monster uprising countless times and I saved the Cook from getting canned. No respect, no respect.
