Discouraging drug use in children is REALLY important, but that shouldn't be done via providing untrue information that is designed to simply scare children away from it rather than educate them. You cannot die from marijuana. 100% impossible. On the DEA website it lists under every drug a subcategory informing us of the dosage needed for toxic effects to take place, ie overdose. There is no such listing for marijuana. The national comission for drug and marijuana abuse stated in 1972 that "A careful search of the literature and testimony of the nation's health officials has not revealed a single human fatality in the United States proven to have resulted solely from ingestion of marihuana." Yet you seem so quick to state that it can kill you? You are confusing weed with opioids such as codeine and diacetymorphine (heroin). Despite what you may think, there is a substantial difference. If you want the REAL facts then go to the neutral scientific research websites that are neither funded by the government or pro-marijuana activists. Can you just answer me one question, straight up? Why should it be illegal for me to use marijuana at home for purely recreational private consumption? Who does that harm other than myself?

In this post im going to highlight one last time (it probably wont be tbh, as some idiot will of course, feel the need to either misquote me or take things out of context to mean something different) my stance on luring, and reply to a number of anti-lure statements and theories. Luring is for stupid people. Only stupid people lure. -Untrue. Some lurers, are stupid. As is the case if you take any large group of people and split them into groups. However, most lurers are smart. And the smarter you are, the better you are. You don't get lures like the ones shibidybow, and jojo3000 get without being a smart person. Luring is all lying Its maybe deceiving, but isn't necessarily lying. I could lure someone without telling a single lie. For example, meet me at the bar n/e of varrock, Im having a drop party. I continue to drop 10k cash in level 1, they run in, my killer barrages, and dead, without a single lie told. I hate lurers, they are truly scum. Luring is pure evil, lurers ruin lives! Its okay to hate lurers, and some of us are scum. Pure evil? No, the holocaust was pure evil. Luring on an MMORPG, is not. Its dishonest yes, but evil? No way. Lurers ruin lives - Well, Im sure this has to have been the case at some time. Yet, is it the lurers fault that said person was so engrossed with rs, that it became their life. This isnt a healthy practice. It doesnt make taking all their items right, but it sure as hell doesn't make it the lurers fault if they were to do something stupid afterwards. I'd just like to back up rose here with some points by saying that, the jojo3000 lure (not many people on tipit fully understand it, as tipit isnt a pro luring forum) is when you say, for whatever reason, youve decided to have a drop party at the jolly boar inn. - Thats the lie. Then you say, Ill drop some cash etc, but you drop it just inside level 1. They run in, and bam they get killed by your killer who's off the map. Its a lot more complex but really thats generally how it goes. Im not trying to say luring isn't scamming cause, technically it is. I can see why Jagex banned it, and I understand why this is now the case. I just have a problem with luring being compared to trade scamming or something similar. Sure, the principle is the same (lying) but luring is a whole lot harder, and I wish people would recognize that. Im not going to try and argue about how certain lures may still be legal, via careful loopholing of the wording of the rule, because Jagex dont care. If they think youve broken the rule, regardless of however careful you were to avoid it, they will blackmark OR ban you. And to someone else who asked earlier, now luring is against the rules, I think im gonna make a staker, or get 99 hunter.

I can assure you that they dont care about 81 mage, they tried to lure me with 95 mage :/ The problem is probably that you dont sell many expensive items on jagex forums often. Lurers dont care about any stats. So what if you have 95 mage - if you have no runes you can't really do anything. And most killers for good lurers have 94+ mage and 95+ strength anyway so if you mage them, they'll just dds you.
