Or you can try the coal trucks northwest of seers, they're a bit different than mine, bank, mine, bank. You mine coal and then put them in coal trucks right by the rocks. They holds a maximum amount of coal (120?) and then when you reach that you fill up on coal and then go back to seer's and the carts are pretty close to the bank. You then make a few bank runs withdrawing the coal from the cart building and taking it back to the bank.

No, if you do damage in any way you're gonna get exp. If you cast any spell, such as bind (which doesn't do damage but was successful) you'll still get magic experience, but no hp experience. You won't get exp for any damage that poison does, but you do of course have to hurt someone (and get exp) before you can poison them. Curse training was just mentioned above and that will give you magic exp, but no HP exp. Cannons also don't give hp exp, but do give range exp (but of course can't be used to pk). Er... so does training on those targets in the ranging guild, you get range exp but no hp. Oh and a dummy in Varrock can train attack but not hp I believe.

It actually did give an advantage if you had more than one. If someone dies at the Barrows or some place in Morytania and they only have one they then have to take a walk of shame back to the ghost woman. Someone with 100 could just grab another and possibly even make it back to their death pile near the ectofungus. That's a pretty good advantage. Yes, I know most of this walk of shame was already recently removed with the Canafis teleport and even more-so the house portal to Canafis, but it's still an advantage, especially if you end up dying at the fountain as people do and have a chance to get to that death pile.

Make another silver sickle (buy another sickle mould from the Al Kharid crafting store and smith a silver bar in it) and then I think the Nature spirit will enchant that new one for you.

Also, a reason you would use these for normal training is because you're usually in a safe spot. If you're fighting something with a big amount of hp why not use these bolts and tap into and use your hp, which isn't being lost since you're in the safespot anyways :)
