You have no idea how awsome it would be to see a lvl 3 at canifis. "Selling tele-other - 100k" :shock: Sadly there's no way to sell that other than to do a trust trade. I think Jagex should release time locks for each room as an option. You can put the lock on the door and ppl would have to pay your determined amount to get in. This way people could make a profit off of construction if people want to go make the spell tablets or other things. I'd never use it of course, but it's another money opportunity for the skill.

You can also start attacking them and running away, hoping to draw them away and to get them stuck so they don't go back and block you.

It's actually an 8*8. You can only build a maximum of 20 rooms though (and that's at a high lvl, because your room capacity is much lower at a lower level).

Erm... every skill has the best way of training. You just find it, and do it without getting side-trakked, that's all there is to it. For construction they just bought a ton of the best wood and got servents to help them use it really quickly. Construction is actually a very buyable skill, but the point is that the money goes to the NPCs and away from the players.

Actually I believe I found the true answer here. There are 3 different cups (maybe 3 different tea pots too, but i can't confirm the tea pots). The ugly cup (+1), the white cup (+2), and the white cup with the gold trim (+3). It's not true that the teak shelves 1 give you the gold cup though, I believe that it's teak shelves 2 (because I know 1 doesn't, so 2 must). I know that the demon butler gives gold cups, but the lower servants probably give worse tea and cups. I'm also not sure which shelf switchese from the ugly cup to the white cup. Maybe we should finish the research on this because it's not in the KB.

That was because you had to talk to him to ask for certain things rather than just using notes or logs on him which doesn't allow him to tell you to pay him :)

You can never chop the teaks/mahoganies on Miscellania, you can only chop them to get favor %, you don't actually get logs. Don't you get them after 100% Favor? No, you have to rule the kingdom, give them money, and collect the wood the next day. At 100% favor you make the most of the money you put in the coffers, and the most money you can make them take in a day is 75k by putting 750k or more in the coffers. If you put 100% effort into the rare wood you will get a good amount of logs.

No it's lvl 1 construction to use (you can go to a friend's house, or mine, :D). The higher your smithing level is, the cheaper it is. At 99 smithing you can do it yourself for about half the normal price.

Can someone check the link for us real quick? (Honestly nothing against you, I just want to make sure that there isn't somehow anything in their that could damage out computers or jeapordize our personal information's secrecy). Good idea putting something like this out though! I had a bad plan when I just started too quickly, but I managed to salvage it by putting the teleporter rooms and prayer alters right by my entrance along with the already close workshop :)

Both methods give the same amount of exp. The table, though, gives you a flat box everytime you make something, so you can't do the method of butler planking as easily because of your inv space filling.

You can use a dragon wc axe if you have 41 wc. You can only weild a dragon axe if you att lvl is 60 though. If you don't have the att lvl, you can still chop with it while it's in your inventory, but it'll take an extra space and you can't walk with it.

Well the ring worked for me. I got them all back in about 10 minutes today, but that was of course pretty lucky. I always bring the ring though, and it helps. There's a spot to middle of the west with tons of leeches and not much else.

Well... you can buy that skill. You just buy bones and then quickly bury them all if you're extremely rich or ectofuntus them. It's now also possible to get 3.5x the normal prayer exp really quickly by teleporting to your house and then dueling ring to bank and using the best prayer alter and burners.

This is fake, look at the bottom of the quest bar. Stop! Stop with the instant fake picture accusations! There's a current bug that causes the words of many quest lists to overflow a little bit. That's natural, it's not a fake! :x

Well someone above just said it gave no exp, so I'd say no in this case too based on that.

The "clock" ticks at larger intervals than every minute. Whatever it is you might have been caught in the tick right after noon yesterday and now be in the noon tick. I'm not sure what a "tick" is exactly, but it is rounded, so it can go less or more than exactly 24.

I disagree. Two days with 100% approval, 100% on herbs, 750k+ in coffers, but no herb seed! Oh, well then the maples are at least, because you'll always get 8 nests under the circumstances I named.
