Yah, I can connect with you hear. Back in RS1, I finally "beat" it about a week before RS2 came out. I had done all the quests, gotten all my skills as high as I wanted and then just purchased my full rune and my rune 2 hander. Then RS2 came out. First thing I did was sell my rune plate for 60k thinking I was proffiting, only to find out that I had been scammed and that I no longer had that extra 10k to buy it back :oops:. Soon, though, I found one of the good people of the game who just came by and gave me another rune plate for free! :D. So I saw it both the first day and soon after the RS2 launch became member along with my friend that I had always schemed with (ways we thought were making extreme money like making silver holy symbols and selling them 20 each to the shop :oops: , he's also the one I got full rune with). RS1 and the beginning was a different kind of fun, but I find RS2 very enjoyable too... just different.

You double posted topics, we'll use this one and ignore the other, K? In order to be 72 range and 42 combat you'll need an hp lvl of only 27-30 and a prayer and defence of lvl 1. Are you member or f2p? If you're p2p you can train with a cannon even from lvl 1 and that will avoids hp exp for you. At lvl 40 range you can train at the ranger's guild on the targets and also avoid hp exp there.

Oh, note that at the Lumby chest you can buy both apples and tomatoes. A basket of tomatoes will guard your oak trees for you and a basket of apples will guard your willow trees for you :)

There is a new slayer monster coming acording to the news. Maybe it will drop dragon gloves... Dragon gloves are already out though, and they won't drop them because then you'd still have to do the Recipe for Disaster quest to get them anyways and people just want to wear the barrows ones :P

Yes, if you go to someone else's house, you can use anything that they have (beside's like... turning on the challenge mode lever and a few things like that). The barrows repair dealy is based on your smithing lvl. If you have lvl 99 then you can repair it for just about half off, so at lvl 50 you can do it for about 25% off :)

Hmm... it sounds possible, but you can't tele away from Etrana with the glory this way, you'll actually have to walk off the Etrana island and then to the bank. If you don't have any glories and were planning to walk the entire ways anyways, thought, then this probably is faster.... hmmm...

I would get the logs and make the butler do the planking like this: Bring only a saw, a hammer, a ton of money, and all your noted logs. So once you have the 24 oak planks do this: Tear down the larder. Build an oak larder. Tear down the larder. Build an oak larder. Give the butler 24 noted logs to unnote (you'll still have 8 more planks at this point). Tear down the larder and build another oak larder before the butler gets back. When he gets back he'll give you 24 oak logs, use one on him and tell him to make planks. When he leaves tear down the larder. He'll bring you 24 more planks. Build the 2 larders, give him the notes, build the next one, make him do planks, remove the larder, take the planks, repeat. In this way you're wasting no time and even doing something everytime he leaves :D. Also, because you don't have tele runes or anything you can manage to fit 24 planks and you'll be able to make larders quicker and I believe that makes the butler actually ask for pay less often, making this method cheap too!

I have the infinite framed glory right next door, so that works fine. The canafis tele doesn't cost you any laws except those initial ones and it's probably a tiny bit faster because you don't have to rub, but maybe slower if it's on the other side of the room :wink:

It's because they can ideally take their enemies out quickly, with their other high offensive stats, before enemies of common combat lvls can even abuse their lack of armor.
