This is true about 99% of the time. Unless you could ask Jagex whether they changed the code or not (which you really can't) you'll never know.

Hmm.... the lvl1 portal/focus is cheap but I might lose the runes. But I've actually built 3 teleport rooms, one of which only has 1 of the teleports, so I could expirement there I guess Also, I've heard that guests that haven't done any of the quests can use the teleports... or has that been updated? (I've seen pictures of people that had 0 quests points in canafis, but it may be changed).

Ok... I'm really not sure on most of it, I got confused. So the focus thing is required to give the portals their locations. You cast the 100x spell on the focus and choose a portal to use it on (they're called portals 1, 2, and 3). The lvl1 focuser can do all three of the room's portals... so maybe the lvl2 focuser is maybe just for beauty/classiness, as with the other lvls of portal rings? I also have heard that you don't need to have done the quests to go through a portal, but I bet you have to have done the quest in order to make the portal, seeing as you're casting the spell on it (though you don't have to be on ancient magicks to make that ring... so maybe you don't?). I also don't know which controls the actual teleport being there. I'm not sure if ripping down the focus will erase my teleports, or if leaving the rings will erase my focus. I would hope that Jagex planned it to allow the pieces to be changeable by making it so that when you take down the focus it will allow the rings to hold your runes and then if you rip the rings it will leave the runes stored in the focus. I guess I'll experiment with this... but I'd have to get some law runes for me to waste... :?

I've spent 3.5mil so far and I'm lvl 66 so far.... I've done oak all the way because I'm cheap, though :P

Don't forget about the alternate way out, you don't actually need teleport runes. It's in the quest guide now that I've found it. You go to the southeast corner and there's a thing to climb and you can jump off. You can then walk to the boatman and keep going from there.

Here's another pic of the end of the trip! It was lead half of the time by Socc Masta and then led by me for a second half after she had to go. We had fun and by the end the three that managed to stay the whole time ended up with ~12 mole skin/claws each that we split :). I also got nothing decent from the nests, but it was fun! :D

Yeah, you have to do (or just get to the middle of) the Evil Dave section of the Recipe for Disaster quest to gain access to hell cats. They're the red cats you saw. You just make them eat a few hell rats which are in Dave's basement and it'll turn into that.

Runecrafting nats. Get to that, it's worth it. Also, currently natures, yews, and magic logs are all that are really selling because we all need money for construction for the NPCs to take, so everyone wants to high alch.

You made 2 of the same topic, we'll use this one. At lvl 13 there really aren't many places you can use it. I would suggest maybe in the forest west of Lumbridge because of all of the goblins there that are possible targets. To use it you set up the four pieces in the correct order and load it with cannonballs. You then tell it to fire and it will swivel around shooting at the enemies near you.
