  1. Which "there" is that? (Chaos elemental or the sparky things?) NO! That is not a good picture! That's just copied strait off another website (RuneHQ).
  2. It's just a case of uber lag or, occasionally, Jagex's servers are kind of wacky (like they were right after that update). But I think that by now it's just your comp having a lag fit.
  3. I got it like the first day in maybe 3 hours but I never got the boots... farming boots are close enough anyways. :P

Actually in the quest you get to see some ninja guy use it... it's pretty awesome. And you need the smithing lvl to make the 2h + 1 in order to grind it and because we can't smith dragon2h.... :( lol.
  5. Yeah, but 50's is what was basically needed for legends... so you're right they may need to move it up. I just got all 50's myself, in fact, and I agree that getting all 60's would push me (farming... runecrafting, not that I don't like either of them (farming with nature ammy while doing other stuff, rc gives good money) it's just that I haven't had reason to, oh, but herblore, too, that one is pretty hard... it'll take some effort). Anyways, most ppl got all 50s just because it's been one of those common goals, ppl have always gone and got all 50s as a way to get lower skills and total up.

I'm assuming that's a clue? First of all, make your titles better. Second, post questions on the help&advice forum. Third, this one, because it is a clue, go to the Clues Clues Clues forum and look at the sticky that has all the new clues up. EDIT: It got moved.. but in the future don't make the mods have to do that.. :P
  7. God staves are there... lol. But seriously for the ppl saying that the quest reward will stink, don't think that. Jagex does make a big deal out of those few quests that are actually meant to have a good reward. Think of Hero's, the 50th, and Desert Treasure for the 75th. The rewards were: a guild that brought 2 new weapons, a reason for poison, the glory amulet, and the rarest item in the game, the left half, that was unlike any other items in the game, simply so rare that it was dropped by nearly every monster in theory; and ancient magicks... an entire new spell list, completely revolutionizing pk'ing. So this one I'm thinking is bringing summoning or the warrior's guild (because rangers and mages have one, and every one has always been complaining the meleers don't have one (even though legend's, hero's, and champs' kind of helps meleers the most) and because it's been wanted so long). Another theory for the guild is the god guild, which would do the things already brought up in this post basically.
  8. I've heard that this one can be cannon'd... it has enough risks already... :P
  9. Yeah that stuff happens, it gets really annoying when someone does that and you can't get one... :P But I do it too.
  10. True, but this person has made another spammy topic about what they think the three wc nest eggs will do. It has been suggested they're pets (mainly dragons). It's been suggested they're god eggs (green, red, and blue for the gods). It's been suggested that they'll incubate in that new room in the tzHaar area.... So it's an over-done topic, leave it alone for a while.....
  11. No, you don't. There's a bug where if you have auto-retaliate on and a bunch of pkers att you at once you get a bugged skull. You probably got that, then died.
  12. Kind of the wrong forum... though it looks a lot like the area west of lumbridge? Because of the trail, a building, the oak trees... I'm not sure if it had picnic tables there or not... but go check.
  13. Kind of the wrong forum, and this guy posted a better pic at like the same time: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=409851

  15. Oh, I thought that it was throwing the pies that was getting me skulled... but I guess it was just that I didn't click away fast enough, so the running up and punching skulled me  . That is true, but they're pretty annoying to make and Jagex did hype them up a bit more than just the lvl 29 energy-dropping item they are. (I was thinking they would do entangle or make the enemy walk or something like that and be higher cooking.) Yeah, when i read this, I thought it would put you in instant walk mode, making you click back to run, allowing the pk victim to gain distance. Thanks for the info. Great post. Sounds like the beginning of a complete pie guide... (Where can you buy pies? How do you make the pie that increases fishing by 5?... etc) A pie guide wouldn't be hard at all (because there is a pie cook book sold in the cooking guild along with a pie merchant guy that sells/buys pies, even assigns you certain amounts of pies that he wants to buy from you for a "high" price that is really just like 2gp more than he sells them for).
  16. It's in the Jagex manual... or the pie cook book you buy for 5gp in the cooking guild. Make a pie shell (flour+water=pastry dough, pastry dough+pie dish=pie shell). Then add compost. Then add water from a bucket of water. Then add a (dry) clay. Then cook it.
  17. That is true, but they're pretty annoying to make and Jagex did hype them up a bit more than just the lvl 29 energy-dropping item they are. (I was thinking they would do entangle or make the enemy walk or something like that and be higher cooking.)
  18. Yeah, these actually are just another possibility out there, you're right. You get a team, one person entangles/freezes someone, then the pieman pies that guy a ton, then he can't run. But, yeah, because of the fact that the pies aren't stackable kind of means you need like a teammate. This also just destroys the little reason you might use full torag effect :P
  19. actually d2h is rly, rly bad..o rly? ya rly :( Actually the d2h is kind of like the granite maul (or the maul was) in that it's nice to have around just for the special. For example, on a slayer assignment to daganoth or kalphite or other multicombat you run around the room attacking like every enemy one time to attract them all, turn on your att and str +15% prayers, maybe even pot up, and do the special. WHAM! Hopefully heavy damage to like the 30 enemies you gathered. ...Nice to have for that? (if it's anything like that... this is just my guess).
  20. Sry about that... I actually did a full search and didn't find that topic and also did a manual ctrl+F for pie, so it definitely was pushed off the first page. Yeah... sry
  21. They are non-stackable, equippable weapons. They can be thrown just once and when they hit it, a pie dish. The attack options are the traditional rapid, accurate, and longrange, with the picture of the hand like when throwing darts. From what I have discovered (with about 30 pies) all that these pies do are, if they actually hit (which they rarely do, and i was wearing black d hide) all they can do is lower the opponent's energy by 20. It never does any damage or shows a damage bubble. It is possible to bring pies into the castlewars and duel arena and everything else. The mud pie is used when you attack target with a mud pie equipped. After your character hits the enemy with the pie, he then runs towards it to hit it (which doesn't a weapon then because the pie is gone). If you throw a pie at someone in the wilderness you do not get a skull, but you have to click away right after you throw the pie or you will get a skull when your character automatically runs up and punches that person. You can also throw the pie at NPC enemies, but again it does no damage, and they have no energy to drain, so it does absolutely nothing. I've seen these things selling 5k each... but I've also noticed that none of those sellers openly talk about what they do, only kind of quoting Jagex saying that they do something toward slowing down enemies. But from what I've found... they're really quite worthless because it's just energy draining that misses way too much.
  22. Let us know what they do! :P I'm gonna start another topic for mud pies real quick.
  23. There's also the semi-interesting fact that the pie NPC that's in the cooking guild will give you little pie missions where he'll pay you slightly higher amounts if you sell him the pies he asks for.
  24. For combat skills I kind of follow slayer around. :? For fishing I kind of fish for fish... then cook the for cooking exp? What's with this topic?
  25. Edit the location of the Chaos Elemental to say "west of the rogue castle, southeast of the scorpion pit". Here's the pic I've been putting on the forums: But I could go get another, hopefully better?
