It's also fun to shoot cannonballs at them and see the 52 damage splots insta-killing them. When I did the quest I got so confused and sad, lol. I was standing under a pirate that got hit a 52 and I looked up and my red bar was gone and I was like OMG! :shock:. I had some stuff with me... lol. That gives no exp... but you also can't do that after completing the quest... lol. :( But you do get pirate clothes! :) (and Jagex pirate humor... actually rather funny in many cases).

I like the alchemy for some reason... or I did for a long time, I'll probably get bored of it eventually. The cosmic rune one isn't bad either. The bones one though... even though it's not fun, it's so fast that it doesn't get too boring. The mazes.... I like mazes usually, but these aren't mazes. There are only 10, you see them all by the time you have 20 tele pizazz. After that... it just gets really repetitive. I don't like that too much :? .

I pray on dharok and verac, then take a sip, take out guthan, take a sip, take on karil (with magic too... since they made him better....). Then I kill torag with no prayer, full armor, maging. Then I take out ahrim no prayer with rune arrows. Then I get like a 20 kc and open, then either do another or take a screeny and do a happy dance :D

Hmm... so that means that kill count does help, but not all that much (read of the guy that got the 10k kill count twice!). And you can't say that it has no effect because it does for absolute sure give you the opportunity to get you the chance to get bolt racks. But yeah, I've always started doing the 20-30 kc thing around when I hit my double luck streak, so I also agree with these facts. :)

I've always liked to say that they could also do "Rune's Cape" and that can be like the ultimate cape from some really hard quest where you help some guy named Rune... lol

Nah, he said that it still prospected as tin so probably gave tin.... Eh, Jagex kind of mentioned reporting peopleand being good on forums and being good in the game and I think that reporting bugs is also a little thing they look at, just to see if you like to help the game and all... but it might not, I jus think it does/should.

Evil bob is bad too... a bunch of time to get a little bit of fishing exp.... (Does prison pete give exp...? I don't think so... but how'd you get nothing... not even a couple of gp?) (I heard he gives like MOMs).

Hmmm... they'll have full granite and we'll be safe from rangers forever! :D But... making something better than barrows... no. Not unless it also degrades in a worse way like crystal or does something else to limit it's usefullness. Rarity can't make something better than barrow's any more.

Right when he took that pic, I think the barrows guy was doing his dying pose, with his empty hands up in the air. But yeah, there's no real proof he wasn't using no weapons or just like an iron dagger.... But yeah, Verac's is awesome: The power to see your oponent in his underwear, gives you boosted confidence :D .

thats why I suggest that 99 hp, str, atk, def, prayer, mage, and range should get 127 combat ;) Lol, I agree with that. It'd be so hard to get that it'd be funny. You'd go up lvls pretty constantly for a long time 123, 124, 125, 126...................... 127! Unless you stayed balanced the whole time, lol, but that'd be annoying :shock: .

What lvl Barrows are you? I like barrows, too, it's fun... but things like that and trying to get a fire cape are fun currently :)

Lol, that'd be an extension to prayer. Yeah, if they allowed you to go into the elven city it would be really cool and mabye a new armour like full crystal that is as good as rune but much lighter 8) or something like that...... all you can do is hope :roll: But, yeah, I actually think this would be pretty awesome and actually possible to be the 100th quest. It could release all of that new crystal gear (including the halberd mainly, which the npc has always said was coming soonish).

... They took it off for a reason... so they have no reason to put it back... but it was fun, so if this mattered.... Signage'd.

Yeah, that fits into what I was saying with my post. Those few points could make a big difference where that matters and the higher and better items are over all, the larger the gaps in between the advances in that item set.

Well.... if the market based the price on nothing other than the hp healing of it in a ratio to the sharks, it'd be worth 1.1k. So unless every single person in the game is constantly making these, they should never fall below that. And taking in the fact that they take a very long time to make and that you have to get quite a few ingredients for it, then yeah, the prices should be way up there. For example, look at the high gaps between low-high lvl/good things. Although there's not that big of a gap between things, the high lvl things are worth way more. Examples are: Rune weapon-30K : Dragon Weapon-100k : Whip-4mil Diamond ammy-10k : Glory Ammy-100k : Onyx ammy-5mil Willow 30gp : Yew 300gp : Magic logs 1K Lobsters-300gp : Sharks-1K : Tuna-corn potatoe-??? Yeah, so there are small gaps between healing amounts or exp amounts or stat amounts, but that is not what decides the price gaps. It's the fact that the higher items are either much rarer or much harder to get/make. So... basically my point in this rambling post is that the "small 2-hp difference" can actually mean a little more than it looks like. That extra 2hp per inv slot could really make a big difference where it's needed.

was it actually said from jagex that the because of the 50th, or was it a coinsidence? They announced it, in fact if you go into the news archives, the original Legend's Guild information is there, announicing it's the 50th as it comes out (it's on the 15th page of news archives if you want to look).

Hmmm.... that's not really universal enough.... :? More ppl would just be happy with like a dragon pick I think. Blood crafting would be awesome, yeah, but for something that every one wants to celebrate... the last one brought that whole guild along with the cape as a status item and the new weapons and rarest item in the game, right?

Hmm... the jogres of the area drop trading sticks, so some one might have gotten just a few then came there and decided they didn't want to have to bank them. Or maybe they do drop sticks, just saying that because no one else got any yet... we shall see. :wink:

Yeah, this thing happened to me with Guthan recently, he left, I got a kill count. He also sometimes heals even though he hits a zero on your prayer... lol.
