  2. I cant think of anything. You cant walk into Morgan Le Fayes keep which is what the guy in cathurby is for. I don't think you can enter the Tower of Life without permission, which is near the Necromancer's and possibly confused for it; this seems quite likely since you said "Necromancer's Tower" and he doesn't have a tower just a small house on the coast found north and slightly east of the tower of life and directly east of clock tower
  3. You clearly didn't read well enough. Step 23: 23. Head north into the room and search the strange stones you encounter. They will begin emitting a red pulse, which you find oddly familiar. Be sure to search the skeleton next to the stones to obtain runes you will need later in the quest. Speak to Safalaan about your discovery - he will be intrigued, but wants to call the search to a halt, as he senses danger. Here is where you get the runes you need for the spell, plus in the suggested items it says to bring an emerald enchant tablet if you are not on normal mage.
  4. Yup this i correct. So in terms of colours etc that is: white square > green dot > purple dot > blue dot > white dot > yellow dot > red dot
  5. Yup people automatically tell you it costs, but it does not cost if you supply the extra vials as you discovered
  6. He only appears for 20mins in every 2 hours. And since worlds all reset at the same time they are usually all roughly in sync.

    stop attacking him. When you do this he uses his ranged throw a rock attack more often. This attack makes the rubble on the ground break up. You can easily clear the room this way
  8. I'd say so. Double cleaning xp on the ones you "delete" as it were and it makes it a million times easier to pick up/spot the herbs you want as seeing herb drop = deffo one you wanna pick up no need to right click or worry bout wat herb it is
  9. And? The update was you cant plant marker plants OVER the fremmink banker; which is exactly what you cannot do anymore. you can plant under him, just not over him.

True but as I covered before it is quite possible for teams to miss these doors due to the the doors levels are decided upon for teams, plus the rarity of the pot needing doors in the first place. It is only 1 experience agaisnt the many but that does not alter the fact I clearly remember needing the potion to open a door that I needed to reach the boss; but this is jsut becoming spam now I only really object to the needless rudeness of green. Reasonably disagreeing is one thing, hurling abuse just because you disagree is another.
  11. I'm not saying its not a large enough sample. Merely I know what I have experienced and that experience would be you can get necessary doors that you must pot to open. Its hardly impossible, theres facts about skills that have been uncovered years after release and assumed facts that have been disproven after years.
  12. Um, no? The final boss of the new monkey quest has a different mechanic. He is the only boss to attack with 2 styles at the same time, not only that, but he also shifts the pwoer of each style accordingly. Like, when he hits 300's with magic, he hits 5~ with Ranged and so on. The gimmick is, as the battle unfolds, the power of one decreases as the other one increases, so at times protect from magic is best while at other Protect from missiles is the optimal choice. Or so i noticed it during my battle with it, i could be wrong :unsure: OT: I hope this brings a new high level smithing update to make soaking specific armour, with high stats aswell. I was kind of disapointed for Defence itself not giving any kind of boost. I could see 99 defence giving a permanent 10-20~ish % soaking bonus on all kinds of defence. no: it also happened with the first and 2nd boss (though I forgot the types it used) Yup all 3 bosses did it and it did alter which was most powerful as Dem said All 3 definitely seemed to be using mage in the projectile. Guess we can find out for sure now.
  13. I fail to see any concrete proof to disprove my experience. Granted you can say high level dgers not reported it. But thats plausible also. I mean pot requiring doors are fairly rare to begin with. Then if we assume (which is quite possible and plausible) that required doors cannot go beyond lvl 99, even if they do require pots. Then consider c1 rushing = no herblore so no pot needing doors. And the vast majority, especially in high levels then do teams on the higher floors. It is entirely possible these doors exist but the teamwork hides them. After all if a 75 rc door is put in based off the lvl 70 rc of a team member, its quite possible the team have a lvl 75+ rcer and thus the door is opened freely. Between this and the rarity of pot requiring doors in the first place it is easy that high levels who play in teams have not encountered such doors enmass for it to be a known fact. Plus jagex specifically added all the seconds and herb seeds to the smuggler due to people having impossible doors that shuld not of been impossible (as ppl were within pot range but just didnt get the required drops to make the pot) which indicates potting can be needed, else why make pots 100% definitely availble to avoid impossible doors? All I know is that I know for certain I had a door I had to pot for that lead to a key I required to complete the dungeon. Regardless of what you try to claim otherwise I know my own experience. Even if I have mis-remembered how is it a bad thing or a confusing thing that someone should open doors they CAN pot to open and thus maximise xp?
  14. And Nomad as well ... The near 1 hit kill .. and 20% soaking .. that's ~-150 dmg. But nomads attacks can't be blocked by prayers, so one would assume perhaps damage soaking doesnt touch em either. As its a mage attack, but some sort of special mage attack that ignores prayer and all mage defence, so why shuld soaking be any diff?

  16. approval is counted daily. It is only resource type that can alter on collection Wrong. You can leave your kingdom alone for as long as you want (but preferably not so long that you drop below 750k in your coffers), and as long as you get your approval back up to 100% before you collect, you'll get your full reward. Wrong people have done studies that categorically showed keeping 100% every day and collecting after a set time period resulted in more resources than letting approval drop over that same time and raising just prior to collection.

Sure if I was like lvl 1, But quite clearly to get lvl 50 you have to do all the floors through several times. So sure I don't know much of the top floors and their bosses, but I knw plenty f what I experienced. And I can safely say you CAN get doors you need to pt to open that are required. doors that are not opennable by the stats of the players are always bonus rooms. They are never rooms that require boosts to do and are on the path to the boss. this is common knowledge amongst 100+ dgers, and none of them would ever say they ran into a door that was both the only path and that require potions. i'm sure if it were possible, someone amongst the hordes of 100+dgers would have spoken up by down. Chances are you just messed up at some point during your floor, and you thought it was the only way. There are other ways for floors to be impossible though. But never because of level boosting. Where impossible come from? My whle point was you can get doors tht need a boost as long as yu can make the pot for them. Never that you can get impossible to open neccessary doors.

  21. You can have to make pots. Thats why they added all the potion ingredients to the smuggler. I've had a dor i needed to pot for that led to a key that opened the boss room.
  22. Hi Okay, thank you I'm asking because I have encountered a door which I need a level of 67 in Runecrafting to open ! That guys advice was a bit badly worded: The only rooms that you can definitely say are bonus rooms and thus not vital to open are ones you cannot open if you use the best potion you can make for tht skill. If you can make a pot that gives you +6 rc in dg you can get doors that are 6 rc above ur level you need to open. But any 7 or more above ur rc lvl will be bonus rooms
  23. Dg is however meant t be TAILORED to your/your teams stats and lead up thrugh each floor too a boss that is ultimately the main combat challenge. The flaw is Merc Leader is far to overpowered if you meet it early in the dungeon and short of spending a god 10 mins fighting it the only realistic option is too restart and even if you get past it the boss is weaker.

  25. No, he often summons two different t11 forgottens. Really? Granted I've only had him once but in my experience and all the pics and videos and other ppls accounts I've seen he summons them in pairs. I've (fr example) a duo where hell summon 2 mages and 2 archers (2 for each team member) but I've nvr seen any of him summoning a non-pair
