One of the worst for me is the Passion of the Christ. I don't think you have to be religious to cry during that movie at all (or watch it for that matter).

I have a feeling people are assuming I'm younger than I am, just cause I don't really care about how mature I sound on here.

Trip to grandma's cancelled. Going over to my adopted grandma's to swim with my sisters. Ate Denny's for breakfast. Relatively yummy.

Well, I find now that I like my salad more than the breakfast foods, so if I do try to eat breakfast, I won't be hungry to eat lunch, and to me, a salad is healthier than the breakfast foods they serve at my college. I found this summer, since I had to wake up early everyday for work, that I'm not hungry at all in the mornings. If I ever eat breakfast, it's a late one (for example, I ate breakfast at 11am today and was able to eat a lot). I wonder if just gradually eating breakfast every day I'll get back into the habit. I just can't seem to eat a whole lot in the mornings anymore.

Confession: I cry rather easily during movies. Not loud crying, but I tear up like crazy (and only wipe my tears when nobody is looking). Hell, I'm a man! I'm not supposed to cry!

Today, I'm visiting my grandma, since I'll be at college, and she's getting pretty old (93 now, still going strong. Doesn't use a walker, haha; tough woman). And then afterwards I'm going to a family game night over at my second oldest sister's house because I leave for college next Sunday and won't be seeing them for a while either. Those always end up being pretty fun.

It seems like everyone has their own opinion on the most important meal of the day. Why do you say it's breakfast? Just curious. :)

I agree that girl drinks taste so much better. Maybe you're right, K4ylan. I'm just stuck with cheap beer at college, since I'm on a tight budget. But so far, from the variety I have tasted (it seems like the more expensive beers just taste worse), beer just tastes like really diluted bread water, which isn't tasty at all for me. I used to like rum and coke a lot. But then one night I just drank rum like water and screwed myself over. :\

I told myself I wouldn't gain the freshman 15 or whatever it is. It was super nice that my schedule made it impossible to eat a ton. My college's meal plan system is similar to Boros', so it's easy to get out of hand. But I had morning classes, so I didn't eat breakfast and always ate a chicken caesar salad for lunch, and had whatever I wanted for dinner. I also ran at the school track a bit and swam when I could. I don't think I could stand gaining wait. My little sister teased me about gaining weight, so I had to prove her wrong.

I just don't understand how someone can actually like the taste of beer. It's super bitter, and I think that most of my friends claim to love the taste just because they want to be... er, cool I guess? We had just finished this steep hike during my trip and one of my friends was like, 'You know what sounds awesome right now? A nice cold beer.' And for me, it's like, 'What the hell are you talking about, I want a fruit smoothie or some chilled water. Not beer.' Eh, one man's toxic sludge is another man's potpourri.

At the wedding I was given a bit of blueberry vodka mixed with ice tea. And I was reminded how much I dislike hard alcohol. Bleh. Beer on the other hand I can stand. I've probably said that on this thread before, but tonight deserves another post of it. :)

:thumbup: Heading to the wedding at 2pm this afternoon, then to the reception. I don't know how long it'll be. If it ends early, I'll be heading to my 'adopted grandparent's' house to visit them, since I won't see them during the school year at all, and they're super nice people.

I have 1 week to read the last Harry Potter book. Better get reading. :thumbup:
