  6. killermenub where r ur DLs and squats?? or ANY excercise for the back + legs? 10.5 stone= 66kg? looks like u have no muscle :D im 17 too (18this year), except i weight 15kg more than u bicep curl? 1 hand or with 2 hands? 12,5kg i hope its 1 hand :D pec-fly, u do it with the machine? when it says 85lbs on the machine, it doesnt mean 85lbs. chest press machine or dumbbells or barbell? if its dumbbells, thats good for ur size, otherwise =; shoulder press, =; and u say ur building muscle? how about u fix ur program and start eating like u should

  12. sum dont have any [bleep] cl00 what YOU want, and dont care if u tell them Oh pl0x, and giving training advice to someone on a forum, without knowing anything about age, weight, condition,... is a good idea? Messing about on your own in a gym on a regular basis is generally a bad idea, unless you know your st00f. teh regular citizen should have a trainer give them advice about a training program, not just adjusted to your needs and desires, but mostly adjusted to your abilities. If said trainer doesn't take it seriously, he's doing a bad job and you should change trainer/gym. i havent given any advice on their training on this thread yet, of coursei would ask about their diet and stuff... "messing about on ur own in a gym" who said im messing around, i have knowledge on what to train and how to train it.
  13. i know that Denmark has them ;) but im 100% sure that Finland doesnt have too many of them. and Merc. Its not about geography. For example when we moved to the US, after telling people my name, they were like "wow, are u russian or something" eventhough our names dont really sound like russian names. at least to us :-k

  21. to all the people who r talking about not growing, shame on u bodybuilding is diffrent thing as powerlifting yes there are some cases in which ur growth stops because of heavy weights in moves such as squat/deadlift if he starts carefully with pullups/pushups/dumbbell curls with the right technique, he will not stop growing. besides, how would u know if you had grown more if u hadnt started heavy weightlifting? sure genes have something to do it with but sometimes, its already decided for u
