As mentioned above, do sit-ups. 100 every two nights, then a light jog for about half and hour, giving your muscles a chance to rest inbetween the two nights. No rests during the jog, remember. :shame: Do this for 6 months max, and you'll have your 6-pack. Easy when you think about it. :D Remember, do the sit-ups before the jog, and before all exercise, warm up. If possible, buy dumbells from York Fitness. There's an exercise programme included in the box, and there's many more exercises you can do with them than other equipment.
