beside the BXW. with the recent change of daily challenge, you can block all skills except hunter and get decent exp bonus from that.

Try w100 shanty pass. ppl used to make bonfires there, which provide bonus cooking exp. not sure if they still there after the area rework though.

a lot of my fishing exp came from fling fish.
