  1. Third round's already here. Congratulations to all clans that are still in the tournament.
  2. Are you referring to this?
  3. Insane ops. Great video, reminded me of old PKRIs for some reason :-s Must've been the no boundaries rule.
  4. New clans are getting creative with their names these days. Nice job Faith.
  5. MD is still not closing even with four members left. That's some dedication you all have there. It's truly sad to see Bufoman go, but I'm sure the new leader will make him happy. Keep in touch with us Bufoman.
  6. Yes, SA closed a few days ago. Your clan will not have to fight VR because VR did not sign up; therefore you automatically move to the next round.
  7. It can be obtained by doing the new Tutorial as a new character. I don't know how it's used out of the tutorial though.
  8. Ranks aren't just based on power & organization. In some cases, it's honor.
  9. I don't think I've seen this kind of system anywhere else, so, naturally, we'll be tweaking it to the user's needs. All we need now is an administrator's input; I will ask them today.
  10. The solution to that would be to add more lists. It'll get way too messy, though. Maybe just have one F2P list & one P2P list. The lower the rank, the more likely users will have a lower combat level.
  11. Right off the bat, heavy IRC users know the limitations of Clan Chat. First off, Clan Chat can't compete with IRC in terms of functionality. IRC can assign more powers, control IP interaction, set welcome messages, ban users for specific times, et cetera. The only thing Clan Chat has on IRC is the power for certain users to accept or decline challenges, & even then there isn't an option for a certain rank to do so. Since Clan Chat came out, my clan doesn't use IRC anymore, but I would much rather use IRC for everything else other than warring. The two most annoying features about Clan Chat, in my opinion, is the problem with auto-logging into a chat & communicating with multiple channels I know Clan Chat is in its infancy, & I like the idea of Jagex shedding light onto the clan world.
  12. Internet Relay Chat (IRC) is thought to be superior to Clan Chat (CC) by clanners. Both have their advantages. For one, CC is more useful for clan wars because of its in-game application, but IRC is more useful as an every-day tool because it provides more conveniences & functions than CC. Which do you prefer?
  13. TDM didn't have the levels or ops. Brave. Congratulations UBH.
  14. Only one loss, congratulations.
  15. Shame about the flaming. Stay in boundaries OW ;)
  16. I will reconsider :)
  17. How exactly did you get 402 ops? Did you have one pile of 399 ops and one file of 3 ops? I'm not saying you didn't pull amazingly high options, just curious how you got the 402. Could've used Air Strike (or any attackable spell), & hovered over the DD. Then times by three.
  18. Be reminded that all war outcomes must be placed in the Wars sub-board: viewforum.php?f=189
  19. Finally, part II is what I was looking for. Thanks Punc :) Golden Alliance--haven't heard that in years.
  20. IP bans don't work on someone who's computer savvy. Anyone who knows what a proxy, or even has heard of the word "proxy", can bypass any IP ban thrown at him or her. It'd be better to contact your forum host who knows how to deal with these types of situations.
  21. Poll: once a week or multiple times a week. It's more often once a week, though. I favor TDM's G-rated forums too. They're strict on that type of material, but it all works out. Flames are rare, & not many clans can boast that. OldDucky's article about whether clans are supported by Jagex: Jagex used to never support clans. In one of Jagex's first updates in 2001, they clearly stated support for clans, which did not come for years. Also, I believe Jagex's updates for clans are ridiculously slow, compared to other updates they make; perhaps that's due to the fact their team for clans is quite small. Recently, Jagex has been visiting fansites, looking for feedback that isn't on RSOF. Those are the kinds of steps I like & if Jagex embraces their clan users, we might be nicer.
  22. We've never had any long-term offenders. All I can think of is to report the person to the host of your forums, whether it be InvisionFree, IPB, etc. They have full control & can restrict more than you can.
  23. We "warred" TSL *whistles* I think we'd get a better fight from TSL if they brought ops :)
  24. Admins are necessary for long-term leadership, but other ranked members should take over for a month if all admins are busy in real life.
