Though this post is old, it holds some true points. You have to remember that Jagex holds a different view upon the real clan community (not RSB clans). Jagex would rather cater to the RSB clans than us because, first of all, there are more RSB clans than real clans &, second of all, we are the ones who flame Jagex with every update.

Two minutes & thirty seconds? :P I enjoyed watching the familiars during the war, I have never seen a P2P war yet with Summoning allowed.

What would it link to? RuneHead? A list of other members in the same clan? The clan's website?

A Scorpian from the Chasm Mine killed me in RuneScape-Classic. Right before I died, I X'd out, thinking I'd log out & not die. When I logged in the next day, I was in Lumbridge & I only had a Iron platelegs, Iron chainmail, & I think an Iron kiteshield--the rest: gone. I thought I got hacked, so I quit RuneScape for a couple months until I met a friend in sixth grade. He got me re-started.

When Halloween masks were being dropped, I searched for ten minutes in Varrock. I got bored of looking & logged out :lol: You can't blame me, I wanted to trick-or-treat rather than search for a mask, which I had no idea would someday be worth millions. By the way, Halloween masks were initially 40K.

Like many others, I'm waiting for the skins similar to the former forum. Also, I'm beginning to like the smilies, though I didn't like them at first.

I'm not a DMer myself, though I used to PK in Edgeville a lot on every hybrid/pure in F2P. I can't say I know how a hardcore DMer thinks or feels, but I will voice my concerns. The PVP board is not active anymore, & judging by the pattern of the BTS news items, PVP is stuck where it is with Duel Arena & Bounty Hunter. DMers, not BHers, no longer have incentives, for staking is gone. To revive DMers' motivation & bring some life back to the PVP board, I suggest some sort of ranking system. I'm leaning toward something like the TWR, but I know clans aren't the same as DMers. The list should be comprised of at least 100 spots, & the PVP board will need new moderators to tackle something of this size. [hide=Replies before the roll-back] [/hide] The idea I have in mind goes something along these lines (used template from TWR): Death Match Tournament Free-to-Play 1] ... 100] Pay-to-Play 1] ... 100] How to DM-You are not restricted to only one list. -All death matches must be accepted or declined on this board, but specifics can be discussed elsewhere. -All challenges must be made in the Player vs Player board (the board you are on now). <--That's when the thread is in the PvP board. 1. Create a new thread. 2. In the title, indicate the list in which your plan to participate in. 3. In the title, indicate who you are challenging (one challenge per thread). 4. In the post, it is suggest you include the following information or use this format:[b]RuneScape Name:[/b] [b]Participating list:[/b] [b]I Challenge:[/b]: [b]Date/Time/World[/b]: [b]Stake (optional)[/b]: [b]Restrictions (optional)[/b]:5. If the challenge is accepted, go fight. 6. Post the results of the war in a new thread; do not continue the original one. I don't use FireFox for certain reasons (don't bash me :)). If others have the most recent versions of the TWR, please come forward.

We had to do a lot of work to bring this back. It's great to see the community is still supportive.

This thread is not a sticky because stickies aren't as noticeable than before, so it will remain a regular thread for now. As everyone can see, the Clan Discussion boards are in quite a mess now. All clan activities will have to be put at a halt until we can restore former threads & stickies. As for the TWR, I have a backup on my computer, but is is from April--two months behind. The TWR lists are not in Google cache, or any other search engine cache for that matter, nor are they in the web archives. Once the boards are reordered & stickies revived, we will have to ask the community to cope with us while we renew the lists. The Clan Improvement Council will also have to be put to somewhat of a halt, for the usergroup memberships are over two months out-of-date. If you were in the CIC or The Conclave before the backstabber screwed the forums, please PM Dbzruler72, das, or Peterpan538 for requests to be readded to the CIC, though you will not be added to the CIC until we can fix the sub-board. Thanks for your patience while we spend time rebuilding the Clan Community. Tip.It for life, no matter what's thrown at us.

I'm curious. If you don't have any scanners, how do you know you don't have viruses? Owned! lol. Not owned. No unknown processes are in my task manager, as well as no unknown programs in my system configuration. No system instability, and no signs of used up resources that shouldn't be. That's good enough for me. I didn't mean to "own" indy500fan, as you say sbrideau2000, I was just asking a question. Even if there are no unknown processes, I think some malware can attack themselves to svchosts. Rootkits might also be a problem since they don't show as processes.

Summoning has turned out, after all, to be members only. You're right in saying that the combat level does not show in F2P. As I currently see it, this shouldn't affect F2P clans much at all now (unless Summoning helps raise Hitpoints experience).

Nice ops for a thirty minute mass.

I had to call some TSA yesterday so we could have enough ops to even think about entering middle portal BH. Didn't work anyway. We struggled for thirty minutes & was never able to get a DD. For us, we're not having any official/scheduled PK trips until we raise our requirements to 95/+. Miniwars are more fun anyway.

We get the same problem with F2P BH worlds, with the exception of the top portal. Your idea of a thirty second immunity upon entering is something JAGeX dearly needs to think about.
