A Veteran, my brother actually, got muted for spamming in a mini war. He successfully appealed it later. When appealing these types of offenses, you must put "Clan-Related Spam" as the first line of your typed appeal.

I was thinking of warring Hades months ago but reconsidered due to their combat average. Now I'll never get the chance to re-reconsider unless Hades restarts.

Turrents is a favorite of mine. The classic arena too, as long as boundaries are middle. Plateau isn't that bad either, I think.

In RuneScape classic, we massed a few squares back from Wilderness Level 1. Now, for real wars, we mass at Edgeville because of the Prayer Guild. For other events, we mass at Bounty Hunter bank or Varrock dummies.

Veterans who have been loyal to their clan since day one lived through a most dynamic clan scene, namely clans that are over four years old (founded in RuneScape-Classic). With every passing year, a new force shakes the clan world's foundations, yet the veterans can't let go. Even those who have retired find themselves peeking at RuneScape updates & their clan forum, looking for a small excuse to return. Whatever heart-warming ups & downs that happened, they seem to be the glue that holds the seniors together. However long you have been a part of your clan, will you still be there until the very end? Or will you drift away from the family & continue life without them?

Let's hear about your clan's preparation stories. What's the shortest time your clan has prepared for a war? How many members can your clan pull to a one-day prep? One week? Two weeks? Anything happened to (almost) call off a war?

Crystal Glory - The close alliteration makes the name sound more concrete. Crystal Legion - "Legion" is a worn-out word, used by so many failing clans out there. You could call "Legion" cursed. Because it's overused, the name won't be unique. Legion of Glory - Same response for Crystal Legion. Glory Legion - Same response for Crystal Legion. Crystal Glory's the best in my opinion. Try something more creative that takes deep thinking. Clans get early respect out of that.

Nah, I disagree on that one, in multi for sure it's allowed and not doing it when you have multiple on you either in clan wars or in bounty hunter would be stupid indeed, but when 2 clans clash in bountyhunter there's no need to pray unless multiple are on you. It can be seen as any other fight. I was DI for a while, to be honest we were not allowed to pray 1 vs 1 and we still owned almost won every fight. When I said "if you don't pray, it's just stupidity," I referred to clan wars. In a PKRI in BH today, you're right, prayer protect won't be necessary unless you're being piled by around four others. In 2005, I actually heard a rumor that DI members weren't allowed to melee protect at all :)

Archers dominated that, & the blasts did the early KOs. Range is more accurate than melee, so having no melee (except for maybe 2H) looked like the better choice. Seeing as this is recent, it's good evidence that melee isn't always the best way to go.

A lot of you guys are confusing DM honor rules with clan honor rules. For example, Safing isn't honorable in the single combat PK world, but it has a positive status in the clan world.

Long PKRIs will definitely be encouraged due to the accessibility of banks. I wouldn't be surprised if clans go past twelve hours.

They were aggravating because of war crashing. Now that we have the Clan Wars Arena, NH will be more fun than in the past. I wouldn't mind a couple hundred sets of Green dragonhide.

You say it went extinct, but I don't think it ever did stop did it? It just went from the wilderness to Bounty Hunter and other, lesser places such as Fight Pits - or so called "Castle Wars PK'ers". So I guess what i'm really saying here is that I don't think it's so much returning, more like it's bought it's big brother to help it get attention. :ohnoes: I didn't know I said "extinct." What was I thinking at the time? :P "Big brother" will be those surge of alliances or at least teaming. Hides are seen as cheap armour, especially with returning. It's optimized for returning NHers who want to charge in, loot the place, & get out quickly without losing 200K worth of Rune armour.
