Making RS less interactive than it already is? I, for one, would prefer a move away from this pointless AFK activity. We may as well stop playing this game and get instant 99's for everything. Make an update to the agility arena. That's one of the more fun activities in RS. There's a laaaaaaaarge gap between "making Agility AFK" and "giving everyone instant 99's."

Why not get the exp if we can?

Saying that "everyone else is bad" is kind of the same as saying "I'm the only good player" tbh.

This still happens, but more often and stays visible for much longer due to extra long loading times. Yeah, but the vast majority of RS haters don't even know that even RS HD was released in 2008. Most probably still think it's click-and-wait combat and bad graphics, because it's all they remember.

I think that the reason people decided to use Varrock instead of Falador was because Falador was too much of a hassle to get to. So now, everyone's at Varrock, so unless enough people decide to move to Falador (unlikely), as 999 said, it'd probably stay at Varrock. Fally does seem to be the better trade area too, what with it being much larger than the area around Varrock west bank.

Am I correct in saying that, in Old School servers, logging out during the Fight Caves doesn't let you resume from your current wave? If I am, then it would be really annoying to have them update the game in the middle of a Fight Cave run.

Why not just, like, follow the instructions and make a second shortcut that automatically loads oldschool.prm?

The annoying part? The client uses bloom effects even when bloom is explicitly turned off in the options. :/
