Kinda dumb that they'd allow appealing bans because they know people get hacked and banned from botting by the hijacker but they don't even bother considering that the hijacker can do other things other than botting to get the account banned. :|
-
When an account gets locked for suspected hijacking it specifically says that the account has been locked. Disabled is for banned accounts. Your account would have gotten hacked while you weren't playing and was botted on + subsequently banned. You'll have to log onto your account on the main website and send a ban appeal. Supposed to take up to 28 days.

You can have Doc at the Invention guild take dragon/crystal tools off your toolbelt once, and augmented tools cannot be added to toolbelt.
-
You have to research the upgrade at the invention workbench first, don't you?

Is there any Runescape discord server?

Going okay. Was able to get my hands on a Bruma torch this time around which is nice. Guess all that's left is the cape and hopefully also that magnificent bastard people like to call a "Phoenix." Most likely not but eeehhh Exp/hr really goes way up as I level, so since it's getting increasingly difficult to motivate myself to do my 50 daily ones maybe I might stop doing that and instead just go for 1m exp daily instead. That way I have to do a little bit less every day as I go on lol. idk how people can just do this all day nonstop until they're done, that's dedication. But that's probably just me.

I completed Pyromancer set including gloves at around 181kc (not 100% sure cause I stockpiled 4 crates before opening them.) No Bruma torches but I got a handful of Warm gloves. I seem to be getting anywhere from 700-800k to a bit over 1M per 50 crates, and a bit over 1M firemaking exp every time, so I guess by the 23rd/24th I should be done, I suppose, with hopefully around 10m net profit (if not more.) Enough to buy back Ahrim's and Zamorakian hasta though, maybe with Infinity boots too and a decent staff... probably Smoke battlestaff again until 75 Magic.

~~~legoman's blog 200m thiev get~~~
Ammako replied to cowmaster187's topic in BlogScape (Ongoing Progress Reports and Goals)
My laziness is showing, because I've 146.4M exp and I haven't even completed 200 yet (at 196.) I tend to leave them sitting there for a bit instead of doing 'em right away. -
Update 14 Aug 2017 - Skilling Outfits in Minigames | New Chatbox Options
Took them 2 weeks to fix the quick prayers on legacy interface, that's better than I'd have expected. -
I hit 1337 total level on the same level up that Firemaking became my highest level skill. That's pretty fire, yo.
-
Time to go completely off the beaten path that I've laid down last time. No screenie but I got from 50 to 70 Firemaking so far. Doing something I should have done a long time ago, going to aim for 50 Wintertodt crates a day. Maybe I could do more but that seems like a chore. Should still be enough to get to 99 within this bond's worth of membership and I'll be able to buy a bunch of nice stuff in the end with the money. Gives me several days left at the end to just go back to rs3 and hunt a handful Grenwalls so I have one bond in storage for next time. Might see if I can go for 99 Woodcutting all the way up from 65 over time after that, whenever I want to do some really safe afkable activity, because Firemaking cape is nice but Woodcutting cape looks better + it'll give me access trimmed skillcapes for the +4 Prayer bonus. Woohoo goals!
It'll be good for doing smaller, afkable stuff. If you thought misclicks were too frequent in RS already (who thought having holes within an NPC's click area would be a good thing???) imagine on mobile where you lose some degree of precision from using touch screen over mouse. That being said there are mice and keyboards designed to connect to phones which can be used if you got a good enough surface to lay everything on nearby or something. For osrs especially I could see holding my phone in one hand and a mouse in the other, since you can do everything with just a mouse and no keyboard (can still use on-screen keyboard for searching G.E. and answering challenge scroll for clues,e etc.) I'd probably only do low-intensity safe combat where I -know- I can't die, or skilling. It's good for people who have a decent phone but no decent computer (or no working computer at all, even. My GPU died the other day, and I was able to replace it, but if I couldn't have replaced it then theoretically, if rs mobile was out, I'd have been able to continue logging in on mobile.) Can the app store be defined as a serious gaming platform? Why not? It's currently littered with pay to win freemium bullcrap that doesn't actually offer any engaging nor rewarding gameplay but there's no reason why actual games can't be on there. There's already been a fair amoubt of mobile ports of console/handheld games that are basically just as good as the original thing (except you gotta use a touch screen for everything, but still.) Though I guess right now there is no incentive for big name developers to focus too much on mobile, but I mean phones and tablets are capable enough and there are more and more actual games coming out on there.
1.3k Slowly working on getting to 70 Ranged the inefficient way, on the way there I can get enough gp to buy a Fury and then I'll be heading off to Nightmare Zone, imbue Crystal bow, and that's the last thing I really needed to camp Barrows for a while. Shouldn't take too long, each dragon gives me a little bit over 0.1% progress towards 70 starting from 61, I've already done almost 25% since late afternoon. Maybe eventually do some Slayer because I wanted to unlock Slayer helmet > Nezzy. Once I've got enough gp to buy Bandos chestplate maybe, then I can just couple bcp w/ dragon legs for meleescape. To be fair if I just sold my Ahrim's and my staff, and didn't buy Fury, I can probably just buy bcp right away by the time (read: before) I hit 70 Ranged and go off to Slayer right away. Kinda want to do barrows a bit for some money though. Maybe I can end up with enough gp to buy that bcp while still being able to keep Ahrim's tho.
I did a shit ton of quests today including Desert Treasure: From like 146qp to 175 (well, 176 now.) That's no more quests for the next like 5 years. This message sponsored by Stamina Potions.
That's (at least) 4 TT items in 1 scroll, neat. -
80+ all Beach sand event was good, got me all the bxp I could ever need to get both RC and Farming from 75 to 80 quickly without it being a chore. Good stuff.
You disassemble whatever pieces you'd be fine with losing, and siphon the ones you wouldn't want to lose. In this case I suppose disassemble whip/torag's, and siphon tetsu/drygores. You dont need to do anything once you siphon it and reset the exp back to 0, you just continue levelling it up back from lv 1 again.
Did a thing Been debating on whether or not to do this for a while, 'cause I really didn't need 99 over 95 and it would have saved me 25m. Now I never have to care or worry about whether or not I want to dump money into it. 'Cause I did it, you see. Literally only because I picked up Akrisae's for lazy Slayer and I felt like Prayer cape would match better on equipment screen than Thieving cape >.> (it matches Silverhawk boots better too.) Getting there got me to 126 Combat level too so I guess there's that. Next I was thinking I'd go for Mining, Fishing and Woodcutting. Will likely sit at Concentrated sandstone in Menaphos until 89 then switch to Seren stones. Same thing for Fishing except I sit at Menaphos docks and go to Waterfall at 93. Likely just sit at Ivy at Crwys district for Woodcutting. That'll all take a while but I mean at least these are all afk afaik, so it'll get done eventually if I keep at it. By then I should have enough GP, potentially try to get Smithing, Cooking and Firemaking? idk. Will have to decide on that once I get there. Then I'll probably just afk Slayer for a while, get all combat stats + Slayer to 99, hopefully gather enough charms for 99 Summoning in the process. I might also go for Hunter, only after I'm done with all that though (but maybe before getting Smithing/Cooking/Firemaking.) Yeah setting lots of goals at once, but I guess that's kind of the point. Actually I -might- add ~96 Herblore to that list, but to be honest I really don't care all that much about Overloads for lazy Slayer lol (and have 0 intention of doing anything higher than Slayer.) I'll probably still try to get to 99 everything at some point so I'd need to do it anyway, but eh right now I'm better off saving my gp for other stuff I care more about tbh.
They should add an option to merge an Ava's accumulator onto a ranged skillcape to give it the +4 Ranged attack bonus. I can't see a possible downside to that.
Got my alt to 54 Invention, mfw grinded over 2 million fishing exp for 80-87 over 4 days for this when 700k exp for 75-80 was such a chore at the time :|
Once you use equipment siphon it gives you invention exp equivalent to disassembling the item 2 item levels lower, and resets the item exp on it back to 0. Disassembling destroys the item but gives you full exp for the item for that item level. In other words, using equipment siphon on a piece of gear you leveled up to 10 gives you as much invention exp as you would get from disassembling it at Lv. 8; in return you keep the item rather than losing it. Degrade-to-dust gear works differently (Tectonic/Sirenic/Malevolent, refined anima core, PvP revenant gear); if you are augmenting those, then yeah, siphon every time the item hits Lv. 10 (12 once you unlock the ability to level items past 10) until the item runs out of internal charges, at which point you'd continue using it until it reaches Lv. 10 before disassembling it. This does not apply to any other regular augmentable gear (such as Barrows), which can be repeatedly leveled up and siphoned as many times as you want. For optimal invention exp you'd be disassembling Barrows entirely, though; if money was an issue then you'd be better off augmenting Bandos/Armadyl/Subjugation and siphoning them, that way you get the damage bonuses :P
Hello! If you're gonna be keeping an update log via Twitter, I think you should make a thread on the BlogScape section too. It may get more visibility there and also you wouldn't be limited by 140 characters. :p Can't help with clans 'cause I don't bother with those myself, but GL with the membership, and hopefully you enjoy it as much as you did back in the days heh.
Got while doing Hunter, pretty happy with it but probably rarer than Hunter pet lol -
Don't worry about that yet, you unlock the ability to level past 10 (up to 15) at Lv. 60. Until you get to 60 and research that upgrade, just siphon at 10. Siphoning a Lv. 70 piece of armor: - Lv. 9: ~5.85167 invention exp per item exp - Lv. 10: ~5.72034 invention exp per item exp - Lv. 12: ~5.60029 invention exp per item exp You might as well go the extra mile though and pick up some Barrows gear and disassemble at Lv. 10. Chest + legs tends to cost around 1.8m-2m in total (Karil's being like 4m for some reason), not counting the costs of augmentors, but you basically get double exp. Of course, if money is a concern, it's fine to stick to siphoning (also if you don't mind levelling slower for cheaper), and if you're augmenting your better gear like anima core or nex gear I wouldn't ever disassemble those :P unless you're swimming in money.
