The only difference between Zaryte bow and Royal crossbow is the attack animations (and small accuracy boost when opponent is specifically weak to bolts/arrows but meh), but it's so much more satisfying too use :3 Being able to upgrade Crystal bow in the elf city I approve with. Maybe not Lv 78 because then it becomes too similar to Zaryte, but Lv 75 I think would be perfect, mainly because the only option for Lv 75 ranged weapons is handcannon right now. Or maybe something similar to Armadyl battlestaff where you can gather materials (killing certain monsters, competing certain tasks maybe) and you can combine them with Crystal bow to make it Lv 77. That makes it enough of an improvement compared to Lv 75, but not too much that Zaryte would be devalued.

Funny how much people distorted what Balance said when it hasn't even been a day yet. Multilogging isn't "now allowed." They look at what you're doing while multilogging/transferring wealth, and if it's nothing serious them they let it go. This doesn't suddenly allow you to multilog 5 accounts at once to get advantages you would never be able to get otherwise. And it has been this way for a long time, if anyone even bothered reading his post w/o distorting his words.

Only issue is that this allows a person to run many accounts at once and earn more than one legit account could. The rule was never about botting and it shouldn't be now. If you run many accounts at once, then the gold wasn't earned legitimately. What if you've multilogged like 4 accounts on different worlds just fishing lrc? afking it, would that be counted as not legitimately? I find it funny that you ask a question by quoting a post that directly answers it :3 It also opens up the doors for obtaining 65-75k xp/hr at Vinesweeper, possibly even more. It opens up running your own runes for Runecrafting - have one account stand at an altar and run/bank on several others (using the run time to bank on other accounts), I imagine 3-4 runners could be used. You can now obtain 401 MA rank entirely by yourself. You can now do 5 man larges. By yourself. You can now circumvent the 4 hour GE limits. You can now trap and do Dwarf Guards on any world w/o fear of crashers or other players messing it up. You can now use skillers to gather from Warbands and die to yourself for loot. You can now do sinkholes with yourself and win most of the time. I for one would prefer none of the above be allowed. Funny because most of that stuff WOULD be regarded as not okay by the mod who made that announcent >.>

I don't support. Hiding my login name from others is an extra layer of security for me. If I allow any untrusted person to view it that's one barrier down, even though I have many other barriers set up. And now runescape becomes like facebook by burying important toggles. Ok so settings -> gameplay is burying? No, Community -> Chat settings -> scroll down to end of FC list-> double left click twice, right click once to open up chat menu -> enter in today's date to toggle on, enter in yesterday's date to toggle off. That's facebook level burying. I guess you could even prompt for password before toggling on/off, but that seems extreme. I mean if you're against it you're against it, but the idea is that it doesn't hurt those who like it the way it is now, and it can immensely help those who recently came back after break/quit. People would toggle it on thinking it's a good thing (understandable, because why would you think letting your friends know who you are is a bad thing?), not realizing that this takes down a layer of security on their account. Besides, the whole thing is kinda redundant, what with the notes feature on friends list. Add a note to a friend (e.g. the name you first knew them as) and you don't need to automatically display their original display name anymore, and if you don't remember off the bat, you can simply ask them, at which point you can note it down (and if they never log in, well, then you don't really have to worry about it.) (Not to mention their original display name isn't necessarily the one you knew them by...) That'd be pretty okay apart from the fact e-mails usually are so much longer than login names. :/ And would be a PITA for Jagex.

My stance is that I kind of agree with it, but the part where people can just transfer millions and millions to their brand new account to give them a head start I'm not so sure about. It allows for people to get from 35 total level to Max + Comp within 100 days *coughcoughAlkancough* Then again, they *did* obtain all of that wealth legitimately, so I'm kind of on the fence.

If bane ammo actually ends up being good now, then Jagex pls, make it so Crystal bow/Zaryte bow can fire bane arrows pls

I agree with allowing multilogging and/or trading stuff between accounts for as long as no other rules are borked (i.e. gold farming on 4 different accounts to transfer money to your main, scamming on one account then transferring the wealth to your main, multilogging two or more accounts at once to give you an advantage in things like Warbands, etc.) I mean, if you are obtaining all of your wealth legitimately on one account, I think you should have the right to dispose of it any way you want (except for RWTing and such, obviously.) Example: you made 2m on your main and transfer it over to your noob account. You technically gained 2m instantly on your noob account, but at the cost of the time taken to make the money on your main (with nothing to be gained on your main.) Compared to something like having 5 accounts AFK slaying with you using Revolution + Chain/Ricochet while you tag each monster on your main to get exp very fast, or having several accounts all AFKing the same money making activity while also playing on your main like normal and transferring the money back to your main every couple days.

It's impossible. Stuff despawns within ~4-5 minutes. There's no way you would be able to get back to GWD + get killcount before your stuff despawned.
