  1. To do Runespan have to complete Rune Mysteries and whats the exp like?
  2. What the hell, i always thought it was a bit increased. :s
  3. Thanks i'll check it out tonight! im hoping i can obtain most of my items from cs's. C: Sweet thanks!
  4. So after a fair bit of time spent killing chickens which is surprisingly faster exp then killing cows.. Corbulo told me about burthorpe for flax for crafting exp.. Went up there and discovered this beauty.. a tanner, a bunch of cows and a bank.. It was so wonderful after getting beefy bill to bank my hides.. I've now got the crafting level I wanted after a hour or so playing, tomorrows goal is to go and get spider silk! and balance out my combat stats.. but here's the bank update. :) Anyone know where I can get some decent prayer exp?
  5. Imp hides good as soon as you get the crafting level for Spider silk kill spiders in the Lumbridge Catacombs for spider silk (100% drop). Not sure on the dragon question not got that far myself. You can get most pieces of rune from shops (champions guild ect) but for the rune full helm/kite you're going to have to kill stuff :P Thanks man, I recently discovered the Burthorpe crafting spot and spent a bit of time there, unlocked spider silk while i was storing imp hides, didn't know where to get them though until now! :) Thaaat sucks, had high hopes for old style range training. :(
  6. It can save you time in the longrun, but yes the channces are increased. If you have enough effort to do it for the soul stone then yeah you could

Armour does add hit chance - was qbd a green shade if so then it was resistent to melee and theres your problem. Maces hit fine on QBD/KK - I use them constantly.
  8. I'll start off with the main/bigger questions.. - With the release of Legacy Mode, will chins be effective again as a training method more then it already is. - BXP weekend best crimson pouches to make at 86 summoning? Worth doing C2 training for 88 fish -> 90 and 97 wc -> ? - Magic weapons DW/2H what is good anymore, bossing wise and doesnt cost too much? - Will Dagganoth King Respawn timers be reset back to normal anytime soon? I seen a post from a mod saying he'd mention it but nothing after that? DIY'er! - Is Imphide any good for starting out magic armour as it is easy to obtain via hunting imps? - What levels would i start doing green dragons for the armour unless there is any other decent range armour obtainable? - Melee armour - How can i obtain some decent armour within' DIY rules? - Ways to get some decent free bxp/exp for starting out levels as far as I know is - Sinks, TOG, Citadel? - Particular Quests F2P or P2P? Probably got more questions - Think of them a bit later
  9. 1. its not worth fighting hard-mode bosses. 2. its a big big stepup in damage and they have special abilities - almost like qbd (fire wave, ressurect souls) except with bandos its like dodge the crack or something.. 3. the drops are increased and you have a chance of getting an item which surpasses kc for that god. I don't think you are able to solo effieciently either without maxed gear/equipment as far as I've seen.
  10. Good stuff! I really like the way you document too brings out so much more in runescape then we realize after playing for 5 years+ Keep it up!
  11. Thanks, and sure I added you Me tooooo! :3 - Sleeping DIY I'd usually be on in 4 or so hours, but tonight i won't be on for another 11 or so hours. :c
  12. Might actually take a little break from my main and concentrate on my DIY'er. Getting bored of getting the same drops over and over again, either slow down of pvm'ing or just concentrate on my DIY account.
  13. Yaaay another DIY'er! Now I don't feel so alone starting in RS3. :33
  14. There are so many things I'd like to be doing on runescape like Big chin, farm runs, tree runs.. I'd like to be able to do all these things in one day: Big chin Herb runs Tree runs Herblore Habitat Daily challenges Sinkholes And whatever else gives good daily exp - How the hell do you guys manage to do this in one day, and still able to do things like bossing? Any ideas as to how to help me manage all of this?
  15. Could block gargoyles, iunno how range or melee goes but I know there a pain. :P
  16. You can get away with using an arcane for all three combat styles. I've got a Voker who just uses a normal non blessed spirit shield..
  17. Chitin scraps stack but damaged chitins don't. - but yes definately do it at exileds easy 1-3m profit.
  18. Also got this the night before.. :L Went to Kalphite King Tonight this is what happened.. Also got some photos to load from my other computer whcih i'll probably do another time. Goodbye all!
  19. do 1-20 on c1 then rest c6, once you max out prestiege and repeat. on each c6 floor unlock as many bonus rooms as you can to max out the exp p/floor. :)
  20. Yaaay definately going to try this again! :)
  21. Also if anyone's got great tips as to how to obtain useful items or even useful quests either for exp/gp would be great!
  22. A new year has come and as I occasionally look around on Tip.It, i noticed a few accounts that had "DIY" in them after futher investigation I found out that they were "do it yourself" accounts. Which basically means every single thing you gain/do on runescape is all dependent on you! which sounds like a lot of fun! so here we are! The reason why I chose to do this style of account was from a few influences namely - Corbulo DIY and Oddish DIY. I loved the idea of having to train every single skill up in order to unlock something else and ties all the runescape skills together which in my honest opinion people don't seem to realise that much. Like Mining! you start with getting ores then smelt them into bars which trains smithing, then you can use them however you want too either make armour or weapons for your combat stats! It's going to be a long and fun ride! We'll start with my goals: As of 8/2/2014: - 40+ base stats I do not have many goals only because i'm starting and can't think of many but i'll add them as we go along! Rules: - No Trading (Shield of Arrav and Heroes Quest excluded) - No Grand Exchange (Tutorial can be done to unlock potion decanting) - No RISK PvP (I can kill people in wild if need be, but I cant loot their pile) - No Lending items - Selfmade binds in dungeoneering (Monster/Boss drops also work) - I am aloud to give myself bonds from main to pay for membership (gifted) So i've done a little bit on the account obviously still remaining within the DIY rules here are starting pictures! Bank - Starting skills -
  23. Would it be alright if i copied your rules for my blog? if not just tell me i'll change them totally up to you. :)
