Who's The Most Popular Band/Singer Ever ?
But the problem is how famous they are (the topic has kind of got sidetracked). The thing is, The Beatles are huge, no denying that, but ask Joe Average who's more famous and he'll probably say Elvis.

Worst Movie Ever?
You know whats even more annoying? It was actually U-100 not 570 or 571, it wasnt even a 500 series. U-571 was however a real german U-boat, a Type VIIC submarine, it was just completely unrelated to the enigma capture. Also its worthy to note that this Worlds War I event remained secret for thirty years. President Franklin D. Roosevelt was only told by Winston Churchill in January 1942, part way through WW2. Silly americans, why do they produce such drivvel and historically incorrect movies. I bet if you asked the average American who captured the enigma machine they'd say it was Americans who found U-571 (which wasnt even involved in the event) Normally historical accuracy doesn't bother me since most films aren't, but when a film goes out to make the triumphant capture of German U-boat by the British an American victory, it just makes me mad.

STOP SUPPORTING TERRORISTS!!!!!!
But this is rare, after the London underground bombing on July 7th, the next day everyone carried on as normal. And even if we did live in fear because of terrorism, this isn't the same as actually "supporting" terrorists.

Who's The Most Popular Band/Singer Ever ?
The Beatles are huge, and they've just sort of had a revival over here in the UK amongst teenagers, which has made them even bigger. One none of you has mentioned either is Frank Sinatra, he was pretty huge as well.

STOP SUPPORTING TERRORISTS!!!!!!
DONT ASSUME THINGS YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT! It really cabbage me I lost a friend but I dont let that be a part of my life I even returned for a holiday when many other people choose a life of fear. Just because your afraid dosent mean everyone else is Why should I have my rights infringed on because you live a life of fear? Firstly, I am truly sorry to hear of your loss, and as much as i hate to use the death of a human being to prove a point, surely losing a friend has affected your life, and it was through terrorism that you lost this friend? So you HAVE been affected by terrorism, and as sad as this, surely you wouldn't mind the police tapping your phone conversations if it saved even one more life? Secondly, i'm afraid am I? How does allowing the police to do their job more effectively mean i'm afraid? That's rubbish, terrorists don't scare me, i don't let them, but i damn sure don't mind the police "infringing on a few of my rights" if it helps catch the people who go out to do these atrocious acts. Tell me one way how your life is going to be negatively affected by these laws, tell me one way how you are going to suffer if you have nothing to hide? You may not be afraid of the terrorists but you certainly seem to be afraid of these anti-terror laws, even though they won't affect you in any detrimental way.

15-19 Video games do not affect me in any way, except maybe releasing tension. Certain driving games do make me more aware of a car's handling though.

Brand Loyalty
Heh, it's funny, as the author of this thread i feel that i am less brand loyal than most of you guys :P To add to my original list, Mozilla for my browser, and the Times and Telegraph for newspapers are probably the only extra ones in can think of. Oh and BBC radio 2 for my radio 8), it's either that or iTunes, i never really listen to any other radio stations.

STOP SUPPORTING TERRORISTS!!!!!!
Here in the UK they are looking to bringing in a law allowing suspected terrorists to be held without trial for 90 days. Does this bother me? No, since they won't just randomly hold people for 90 days if they are completely innocent. Jean Charles De Menezes has evidence for him that proves he wasn't running, and the police force in England won't admit that. Even if he did run, I wouldn't blame him. What would you do if these people, in plain clothes, were running after you with MP5's in their hands? I'd definately run! All I want, is for the Met to take the blame for taking an innocent life without any reason to. Yup, i agree with you, in this case the police force were in the wrong for shooting him, based on the evidence that we have been presented with. You say you'd run from a group of men with MP5s do you? Well firstly i'd be suspicious since MP5s are the weapon of choice for special forces and secondly, running from guys with automatics? No thanks, you're asking for trouble.

Trance
I seem to have plenty trance style CD's on my computer from my sister's collection, some of it's pretty good. Does Moby count as trance? with all the whale noises? :P Some's better than others, i always liked DJ Sammy and Scooter.

STOP SUPPORTING TERRORISTS!!!!!!
Here in the UK they are looking to bringing in a law allowing suspected terrorists to be held without trial for 90 days. Does this bother me? No, since they won't just randomly hold people for 90 days if they are completely innocent. Who doesn't run from the police? Me for one. If you are completely innocent then why would you run from armed police? I'm not talking about the shooting of the innocent after the London bombings either, they were different circumstances; but whatever you have done to make the police want to stop you, you'll only make it worse by running away from them, since it begs the question, why are you running? Well chances are if you live in a westernised MEDC then terrorism is a part of your life, you're just fortunate enough not to have been directly affected by it. And to be perfectly honest i'm sick to death of this whole privacy thing. Honest to God you really think they can listen to every single phone call made? Do you really think some policeman will be sat there listening to your conversation with your mates? Of course not, unless it's a specific incident where they permanently tap your phones, i imagine it'll run a similar system to the NSA, searching for keywords like, "bomb," "president" etc. If you have nothing to hide why are you so worried about it? Here i agree with you, we musn't be intimidated by fear and terrorism. However being overly cautious is slightly different to supporting terrorism, that would involve actively wanting it to happen, of course the Americans who cancelled their flights didn't. The chances of these laws actually affecting you are so slim that it's untrue. So you can get shot if you run from the police, why are you running? Your phones are being secretly monitored but unless your talking about some extremely shifty stuff then why worry? So no, if these laws help protect the way of life that we value so highly then i am all for them. Sorry to seem to passionate but this is something that i have strong feelings for.

Do you beleive in GHOSTS?
Now normaly, i say that people dont have to say IMO(In my opinon) or anything , but in this case, i think you hsould of said that, cause now you make it sound like a statement. Since you make it sound like a statement, you must prove it. Prove ghosts do not exist. I second that, there is no definite proof that spiritual entities cannot exist.

Worst Movie Ever?
So many films here that i enjoyed :P However, Alexander was probably the worst i've ever seen, i would of walked out had i not purely wanted to see how he died, but thinking about it you saw it right at the beginning... Anyway, it was terrible, Colin Farrell somehow managed to retain his Irish accent throughout Asia, and Anthony Hopkins was wasted...oh and don't even get me started on Angelina Jolie's Transylvanian accent :?

Brand Loyalty
Are there any brands that you feel a particular affection or loyalty towards? I'm interested in which ones and why. It might be the product/service they offer, or the customer service they provide. To get the ball rolling, i feel that Apple, and Google are the two brands/companies that i feel are in a way, the most up and coming at the moment. Both are technological, both are pretty cool and both offer very good services and product. I ALWAYS use Google for searching, the maps, or translating the odd word. If i can't find something by searching Google, i often give up. As for Apple, recently i gave into the hype and bought an iPod. I was extremely impressed with the payment process offered by Apple, and i found the whole packaging and presentation and design is unparalelled by any other company at the moment. Any ideas?

Times when you really wonder if your brain works.
Nothing on the scale of Bubsa, but i have had times when i've meant to do something, stood up, forgotten what it was, sat down, remembered, stood up, forgotten, sat down, remembered etc. Another time was in a GCSE history lesson and i asked my friend if he was doing history for GCSE

Have you ever been in a car wreck before?
Thankfully i've never been in a serious car accident, but i do remember the night my sister rang us from the hard shoulder of the M1 upside down in her car  She had been driving along and hit a patch of ice on the motorway, the car started to slide and rolled three time before coming to rest. Thankfully she was fine except for the huge shock, she was so lucky not to have hit any other cars since she was in the outside lane. Glad to hear you and your brother are okay.
