  1. Ahh, England have a fairly easy group. That said they really don't inspire confidence in me...
  2. Great guide but i'm too poor to buy verac's. Update your sig
  3. "Trying to be someone else is a waste of who you are" - Kurt Cobain. "All your life you are told the things you cannot do. All your life they will say you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or be this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly. AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."
  4. The dicovery of oil...i know it isn't an invention but meh.
  5. Obsidian shield after 50 or so lvl 149's. :) Best luck i've ever had.
  6. 30k a year. My Mum would be rich compared to them if that happened. :P Football players = Overrated. Rugby Players = Underrated. Football players barely get hurt... Yet completely make a fool of themselves trying to fake their injury. But then again... We have rugby players... These people are super... They get kicked in the face, punched, broken fingers, ankles.. The lot. Yet, they decide to carry on playing without as much as an "Ouch." -Mitch- Amen, our rugby league players win the world cup and maintain a far higher standard than the footballers yet still receive barely a fraction of the money. But maybe that's what makes them different, they don't care as much about the money and are passionate about their sport. I don't think all footballers deserve the bad press, just 99% of them.
  7. I think his music was incredible, and i always felt that he was the real talent behind the Beatles (not to discredit any of the others, but he was simply exceptional). Some of his attitudes got slightly strange when he met Yoko, but he remained a brilliant musician, songwriter, and spokesman for a generation until the day that crazed loon pulled the trigger on him. R.I.P.
  8. Aston Martin DB9, a simply stunning car with bucketloads of style. I also love the Aston Martin Vanquish, another fantastic Aston. The Porsche Carrera GT is a stunning car, and i couldn't leave out the Ferrari F430 Spider and the Ford GT. In terms of classic cars i can't help but love the Aston Martin DB9, as well as the Jaguar E-Type and Mercedes 300 SL, AKA the "gullwing" In terms of slightly cheaper cars i think the BMW M5 is a cracking car, as well as the new Volkswagen Golf GTI. I like the Range Rover but i'm sick of seeing them on my school run, with suspiciously orange looking peroxide blonde thirty something women driving them, and parking wherever they please. I prefer the VW Toureg anyway.

We rarely stay on topic here anyway  But i think my thoughts are summed up nicely in those two quotes of mine, i didn't have much more to add.
  11. A break from school Seeing all my family Food (duh) People being nicer to each other Presents

To quote a famous Bible reading: But what is true love? I believe that true love is the complete sense of the willingness for self sacrifice. True love is not caring about yourself anymore, and every action you take is for the bettering of your love. Once again to quote:
  13. Summer Breeze, The Isley Brothers. And i have no idea why considering it's freezing outside...anyway :? Oh and i just bought Live in Hyde Park by the Chili Peppers so i'm playing that a lot right now.
  14. I don't know what's scarier, the fact they were German or that they were lying on a car doing 170+db :P The German bit ftw :P Germans make nice cars; Bugatti, Mercedes... etc. Not sure about sound-systems, though. :? -Mitch- They sure do, although the quality and customer service of Mercedes' has apparently gone down the drain in the past few years. Generally though German cars are very nice, if not a bit of a status symbol.

  18. If someone has done something bad enough to be killed for it, they should be locked up and the key thrown away. They don't deserve death, let them rot in jail. Besides, mistakes have been made with sentencing innocent people before, why make those mistakes again? An eye for an eye is the easy way out, and the disuading criminals thing is rubbish, since many countries without the death penalty have better crime rates than countries with. Of course that's not to say i'm a pacifist or anything, since I believe that as terrible as wars are, they are sometimes necessary and i DO believe that money should be spent maintaining Britain's navy rather than being spent on baby incubators. It's important we try and maintain our tradition. That's a lil off topic though.
  19. Yeah Mel Brooks has had some fantastic comedies. :D
  20. Not too shabby, keep at it! :) I've played the classical guitar for a while now, i'm doing my Grade 5 soon. I bought an electric a year or so ago, didn't play it much but i've picked it up again for music GCSE performances and compositions and whatnot. The amps broken though atm so i have to borrow the schools. My latest thing i'm trying to learn is Pinball Wizard, Townshend is a god :P
  21. To the guy with the suspicously loud speakers: calm down, you're not getting anywhere, give us some technical specifications, proof etc then we'd be more likely to believe you and maybe start a discussion. Until then don't fob us of with some unproven and frankly unbelievable mysterious tournament results. It's a cliche, but no pic, no proof.
  22. My scrolling wheel just broke, thanks guys :( Anyway, the way i see it i feel that merchants are people who merchant because it allows them to make a lot more money than the normal skill training method, sure some people start off at the bottom, but this is almost too low and i can't see the profit increase that indicates the signs of a successful merchant. No offence meant or anything, but it would be a lot better if you picked flax to make a few 100k, THEN invested and worked your way up. Starting with amounts in the 10k range is too low. Good luck with it :)
  23. Just seen it 8) It was pretty good actually, and the end was suitably dark.
  24. In the image posted you can't see them. But in the full size interactive poster they are to the left of the guns n roses stall. The clue is two boys standing outside a petshop. http://virgindigital.com/eymm.htm :)
  25. I think I speak for everyone here when I say that whatever you do and whatever happens, we're all here for you in our own way. Take care buddy
