i love how funny these excercise posts are. i'm guessing your young, seeing as if you were on a hs or college football team, they lift and train year round. First off, if you want to lift, your school probably has a weight room in it(if you are in hs) which is normally open for like 4-6 hours a day even during the summer. Running is free and a great source of excercise For the bed time thing your going to want to do more than 40 sit ups. try doing the bruce lee sit up circuit which he did every night before bed: Waist twists - four sets of 90 repetitions. Sit-up twists - four sets of 20 repetitions. Leg raises - four sets of 20 repetitions. Leaning twists - four sets of 50 repetitions. Frog kicks - four sets of 50 repetitions as for six pack, its not all about training your abs, 50 percent is ab, the other 50 percent is body fat, you need at least 8 percent or less body fat to have a sixpack. My friend got one from dieting and doing 1000 situps a month for 3 months. happy excercising.

Got this today, and it is amazing. So many memories coming back to me. The only good season was Mighty Morphin, none of this new turbo force or whatever its called. I watched 5 episodes cause i was bored and was happy. power rangers, discuss :-) green ranger tommy is my favorite :D
