i think people are made to wear it because it outlaws people dressing in gangs, and so students feel at less pressure about their image...personally, i believe not having uniform builds character and lets you be an individual, nowhere should have uniform but rather a dress code (ie come dressed smart, but casual) Schools should let people be who they want to be and not who they want them to be.

To all those doing the bulk of their GCSE examinations this week, I have a science exam in 2 hours, best of luck to all and i hope you all pass with flying colours!!!

Actually, it's only illegal if you intend to use it for any purpose where money exchanges hands, be it selling the actual image, using the image to advertise something, etc etc...So what he's doing to my knowledge is legal, and i highly doubt that nintendo will sue if they find out he's using a picture of one of their characters in his sig.

Pic ive been working on since last night for a while. It's of a friend, who will hopefully be more than a friend soon, if you know what i mean :wink: Obviously it's incomplete at the moment. Still got a lot to do on the hair and the face needs more tones, but so far that's what i got. CC as usual :)

Then there's those shampoo adverts with naked women in the shower covering their parts. I'm sure they are alot worse. Yeah, like the herbal essences adverts. "MMM, YES, YES!! OOH YES" Not funny, at all. Pretty pathetic really.

I had it today too, totally annhiliated of mice and men, but the poetry bit was hard as hell :shock: Day off tomorrow, wooh! *goes off grumbling something about vodka*

High energy isn't always a good idea dude. I drank a load of vodka and redbull before an exam once and found the questions really hard to answer (whoops heh). That, and staying awake - eating something like scrambled egg on toast, had that today and it really helped me through my music exam. Reading between the lines always scores you highly, and i always get A's in english by just writing from the heart and whatever pops into my head. Remember in of mice and men to refer to social and historical context (how the extract reflects what was going on at the time the book was set, ie the abuse of the black guy, the way the guys look down on curley's wife)

Yeah, i've got it tomorrow too mate. Get up early and have a good breakfast, be as open minded as you can, and do a bit of studying tonight on whichever book you studied. Dunno about the poetry side though, i'm pretty much screwed too when it comes to that!
