Same with w46 long ago, but things change. Lately the tif community has been dumbed down, and world 99 was home to merchants, and people looking to make others lives harder such as pking rcers, and specifically switching to 99 to mess with kind people. If we move the community, we will have the dedicated people of the forums move, and leave majority of the jerks behind. +1 and jem's idea would be really cool if 77 wasn't a packed world. like i said, go with the canadian worlds! (eh) :) Canadian worlds are even harder to get in for aussies. What do you have against aussies  Why would they be harder to get in? o_O They seem to work fine for me :P I use a europe server, other side of the world still doesn't seem to give me lag  We'll be getter faster internet soon. Kevin Rudd and Johnny promised! Off topic but sooo looking foward to that :D Lol

5+4 54 OMG  I still think one of you should pm Misplacedme and ask about having a poll setup on the main page to decide it. :P

I didnt say vote, that world is almost always 1500+ anyways and theres at least 400 Tip Iters that used 99. DO NOT SUGGEST WORLDS Yet you're allowed to? What makes you think everyone is suddenly going to listen to the world you say just because you have a few friends to agree with you? The only fair way a new world would be decide is by a vote, not a couple of people declaring they suddenly control which world it is. Yeah, kinda like how w99 was chosen, oh wait, it was leesters and a few other tiffers who went there and it was chosen. =\ 27 will likely never be chosen as an official world for everything else, so why argue. You know a world like 111 or 88 will win, because they repeat, but worlds like that become "offical" all the time, which will cause us to change AGAIN. Because the idea of tip it is to be a community. Therefore the community as a whole should be given a voice in the matter. I'm not saying it has to be a repetitive number world, a world with a few amount of people is good, but the choice should still be given. 27 28 54 69 112 114 120 137 All seem to be good worlds, and it gives a mix of global server locations for people to choose from. As I said, if 27 is chosen I don't have a problem with it, it's rare that I use the tif server anyway. But I do think the community as a whole deserves a voice in the matter. A poll could even be set up on the main page for it.

And I do think that is something that should be decided amongst the admin.

Barbarian Assault - The Egg Cannon?
No it doesn't. The defenders main job is to stop letting the runners through the cave, that's what loses points for them, and the team. It doesn't matter who kills the runners, The only point penalty given is when the runner makes it to the cave.

Lunar Magick - Superglass Make correction + update
I had 13 pairs turned into 16 molten glasses, apparently it isn't 1.5 times more. I guess it would be between 1.25 to 1.3 times more. It also would be nice if you also mention "You will lose buckets" somewhere in description. It says about 1.5 times. I believe it's a random number that differs for each spell used.

PC update perfect and fair for all
If you can play 30 games per hour, at level 99 (I assume all 90+?)it is actually faster now. 616 exp per point at 99. (10% bonus for cashing in 100 at a time.) x 4 points per game. x 30 games per hour. = 73,920xp per hour, plus the experience from killing monsters within the minigame. However for lower level players it's not really worth playing at all anymore. Not only do you get less experience per point, but you also get less points for winning a game, and from what i've seen so far, beat the game slightly slower.

17 July 2007 - Pest Control update and Game Improvements
At level 99 (melee stat) one point gives 560xp. With the 10% bonus, 616xp per point. At 30 games an hour the experience is 18460 per hour at level 99. Is that right? o_O If so, how are people saying it's still faster? Edit: Nvm, forgot to include 4 points per game, so for 99 it's 2,464xp per game, so 73,920xp per hour at 99 plus killing monsters xp

Hopefully they'll take action on their 'no rs' threat  The RS community would only be improved from people like that quitting.

Pest Control updates and Game Improvements
New magic logs. :) Other item reworks, if you want for item db: Molten Glass Raw Tuna Cooked Tuna Cooked Shark Kebab Effects: Lowered a few melee stats+cooking, also lowered 4 slayer (with that same message, and along with the melee stats) on a different test. May or may not lower stats based on the level, I can't test that. :P -3 con. Looks like the message lowers melee stats, plus -4 of a random stat too (fletching here).

Around 70-80 I guess. But 100 tickets now is actually equivilent to 35 tickets before. The xp per hour is halved ;) No, there was a 35% reduction, which makes the experience 65% of what it was. Not a 35% reduction, 35% of what it used to be. ;)

Not really, Jagex intended to lower the exp/hour to be closer to other methods of training combat. ;)

Wow, unlike what they did with fletching, potion making is still just as fast, if not faster, to train now with Make All

Rollback didn't only take back xp..
Yes, it saves everything that's been logged out every 15 minutes. People still don't don't have their progress saved at all until logging out.

"Members can now craft Blood Runes"
It was changed a few months ago. ;) February, 2007 The messages telling members that they can now make blood runes and soul runes at the respective levels have been removed.

Rollback didn't only take back xp..
They didn't. A rollback works like this- If a 15 minute rollback is made at 10:00 (example), it will make everything as it was at 9:45. If someone playing for 3 hours, without logging out, logs out at 9:55 their progress is only saved then. Because the rollback then made everything as it was before the progress was saved, everything done within that 3 hours is lost.

What Kind of Player are You?
"You enjoy games that require patience and strategy" It is, however, a game that requires ALOT of patience. And to say there is no strategy isn't completely true either. I don't see why it should be changed. The grouping gave examples for both strategic and strategy games.

What Kind of Player are You?
-Looks for the last thread by you in Gen- Oh, there hasn't been any? Unless you're going to start making yoru own threads that you consider to be 'good', people really need to stop complaining about the content in current threads that are being made. -.- Without them this forum would be completely empty anyway. People enjoy different types of threads, if you don't like one, n one's saying you have to post on it. Back OT  : I gueeess i'm purple, don't exactly fit into any of them though

Some interesting statistics
And your post shows that people still don't seem to realise they should report a post they think should be locked, instead of posting on it. Curious, how many people did you count in each area to get these figures, obviously the more you get the more accurately it will show the levels of players in certain areas.

Slowest Skill to get to 99?
Well that settles it then... That doesn't settle anythign at all.. All that shows is what people would rather train to 99. You can't argue with statistics, in terms of experience per hour, Slayer is the slowest.
