99 Hunter would be a great way to start out, if you like it ;) It costs next to nothing to train (100gp or so for the traps? :P) and after 63 you can hunt red chinchompas, which sell for 700 each, and are stackable. :) I believe you make around 36m from the red chinchompas you get from getting 99 Hunter. :) Even if you don't make it all the way to 99, it's still good money just getting part of the way. :) You can then spend the gp to buy better armour and train combat, or just go for another skill, it really depends on what you enjoy doing ;)

Just realised I haven't posted since you got it, so congratulations on 97 Herblore :D :oops: I don't see what being engaged has to do with where we currently live o_O We have no plans to actually be married within in the next 2 years, and won't be living with our parents when we do. I've gotten 400k strength xp at beasts now (10 hours~), with one bow drop and someone i'm killign with has had one in 17 hours. Another just got 2 within the last 1.5 hours, and hadn't had any for 4 hours previously. They're like any rare drop in this game, random ;)

Obviously you didn't actually test it yourself. It takes up the same amount of spec bar as msb does.

You won't have to use dragon arrows with it, it'll just be like other bows in that sense. If it's speed is the same as msb, and power is a match for crystal bow, i'll use it anywhere I normally would've trained range.

I was watching them a couple of days ago, in a few different spots I found five level 3s in default clothes buying "nats and deaths for 250 ea", "fires for 5 ea", "bodies for 10 ea", cosmics for 100 ea", and they just continously kept typing those lines over and over again, in a loop :?

I use runeweb.net for quest guides simply because I find the layout/colour scheme easier to look at. :oops: I've honestly never been a great fan of the colours of Tip It, they're too 'dark' for my liking, and the white text on top of them can be hard to read. I prefer the light blue/white with black text on runeweb, just because it can be easier to read through guides on ;) Apart from quest guides, Tip It is the only site I use for most things I need, or just the KB. These are also the only forums I use anymore.

I think the part people are complaining about is that there's no other reason for shooing the dog (you used to hit the dog, btw, I guess they've changed it to the raspberry emote since then) than for 'fun'. However killing wild dogs/guard dogs gives experience, therefore not just making it something you do when you're bored. And for those who say it's just a game, yes, it is, but you'd be surprised how much kids can take from something they do in a game into real life. ;)

Sorry I haven't posted in a couple of days :oops: I got 9k natures made on Tuesday, leaving me 100k from 81 runecraft :D Unfortunately since then I haven't had enough time to rc at all. After getting home from work yesterday I found that my dog had chewed through my internet cable :evil: :oops: So now I have to wait until the weekend to get another, until then i'm only able to use my brother's computer, which he uses most of the time, so even when i've been home I haven't been able to get on much :P I'm hoping to get 3~ hours rcing done tomorrow morning though, and will hopefully be back to normal on the weekend :D

For me personally, no, having a nice looking cape to wear is a great bonus, but not the reason :P I had 4 99s before skillcapes (melee), I then got thieving after they were released, but this was because I always liked thieving, and Pyramid Plunder made it very easy :oops: After that I got 9, just because I was sick of looking at 96 (i'd been 96 for almost a year) :lol: I just enjoy the feeling of finally 'completing' a skill. Although when I finally decide to push for 99 Slayer, the cape will be a major incentive, it looks so nice :XD:

Are you honestly this ignorant? There were seven options to choose from in that poll, the user was given the option of choosing one of them. This definantely does not show that people don't want graphics updates, and has it still not become obvious to you, just by reading through this thread, that the majority of the people do in fact like it? What this poll shows is what people prefer, not what people dislike. With seven options, and the area not specified (I know that I only visit the body altar for it's looks, but somewhere like willow trees i'm there for woodcut experience first, but if it looks nice at the same time, great), it would be very rare that the first choice for people visiting major training areas would be because of the graphics. This, again, does not mean that the graphics aren't appreciated by the majority. Which is why they're updating them :roll: =D>

How so? I didn't believe that there would be a new skill, but how do you figure that creating theories makes someone look like an idiot? If trying to guess what an update will be like is what some people like to do, good for them, why feel the need to insult them by calling everyone who believed it would be a new skill idiots?
