Just found out that one of the actors in that video was one of my friends from University that I collaborated extensively with for a semester. Wow, crazy coincidence.

So, has anyone figured out how to stop the minions from attacking you when you enter to get killcount?

To all of those saying that Slayer took longer to get 200m in... let's not forget that RC came out a while before Slayer did.

The level mod is based on the monsters that you kill.

Still a bit confused. Let's say I have 25 prestige and I have done all floors. Let's say that 25 prestige gives 3000 exp (plus level bonus divided by 2). When I reset and go back to level 1, will I get 3000 + level 1 / 2, and then for level 2, 3000+ level 2/2 etc ?

Sounds epic, but so does The Blood Pact when you hear it.

Smithing, Ranged, Herblore, Construction, Crafting, Farming, Slayer, Prayer 8 of em :P And yes, I decided to get my quest cape back after so I did the legendary Rune Mechanics quest :)

Update: The party will still be at the same time and place. The 99s I will be getting are: Ranged Prayer Construction Herblore Crafting Slayer Smithing Farming I have no intention of moving the party as I had this date planned for atleast 6 months and before Jagex announced the skilling weekend. It is your choice to choose if you want to grind or take a break and have some fun, but once again, everyone is welcome :).

Just go to the Varrock Museum and use them on the plinth.

Well I've got 10 rocks at the moment (5 skills x2) and I'm going for 3 more, but I'm going to call it quits after that for today.

Haha alright, glad to see they don't have to be combination runes. And dropping was the way I was going to suggest as well :P

Anyone done the Runecrafting one yet? I have an idea to speed up the process, I'll post it here if it works after I get my second woodcutting one. Does it have to be combination runes or can it be any? Edit: Just got second woodcutting one, 9703 Exp. Follows the approximation of level*(level-1)

What were you doing when you got them? First one I got fairly quickly, just sat by the portal for about three minutes. The other one took probably 15-20 minutes though. I went elsewhere in the house and when nothing spawned after a while I went back to my portal and it appeared in a few minutes. Basically, your safest best is to just sit by the portal for a while. Make sure you're not in building mode.

I received 9124 exp in Construction for getting the two Construction rocks. I'm level 96. Approximate formula seems to be: level*level-level

Pretty cool, but it's a shame that I'm planning on maxing out that day and won't have the need for the enhanced exp rate.
