This is my hard drive: Western Digital Caviar 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

I'm somewhat average when it comes to computer knowledge, so bear with me if I don't understand something. I recently decided to build a new computer. The hardware contained in the computer is listed below (minus the CD-ROM drive which I'm using from my old computer). NZXT Apollo ATX Mid Tower Case Western Digital Caviar 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive GeForce 8800GT 512MB Intel LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Microsoft Windows Vista 32-Bit Home Premium Ultra / X-Finity / 600-Watt Power Supply Corsair 2048MB Dual Channel PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2 x 1024MB) Upon booting up I get an error "PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable". I went into BIOS and it is not recognizing my hard drive. I've checked my cable connections many times and have gone into BIOS to check my settings. I set my hard drive to IDE because I'm only using one hard drive, checked the boot sequence and have everything enabled. Contained within the box that came with the motherboard are an Intel Express Installer driver DVD-ROM and an Intel Matrix Storage RAID driver diskette (which I'm assuming I don't need to use because I'm not in RAID. I can't use it anyhow because the motherboard doesn't have floppy connections). Here is the drivers page for my motherboard. Which one do I need to download and how do I use it once I have burned it onto a CD? Note that I have never gotten my hard drive to be detected therefore I have no Operating System at the moment. I guess the other possibility is that my Hard Drive is just dead, but I have no way of knowing this because none of my other computers will support the hard drive. Sorry for the long post, but I'm just getting frustrated and this makes me wish I bought a Dell instead. Thanks in advance.

I quit Runescape a little under two years ago. As I look back over the period in which I quit, it still amazes me how strict this game has gotten with its rules. The game itself has gotten to a point that its own rules are starting to restrict what this game is all about - having fun. I realize that real world trading is an important issue and that it does cost Jagex alot of money, but I just find it hard to believe that "balanced trades" is the only way to deal with it. Nearly every aspect of the game is going to be affected by this update. Yes, real world trading may be stopped, but I feel the price you waged to prevent them is just too costly a mistake to all the players who play this game honestly.

Try to tell us a bit more about your problem, it's hard to know what is going on with the information you gave us. Were you trying to log into Runescape? Did you get an error message? Did you try restarting your computer?

Is this problem only occuring for only this website or for every website you visit? It looks to me like the stylesheets aren't loading, but unfortunantly I'm unaware of any enable/disable option in IE to check for that. I know Firefox has an option to disable/enable them.

Recently I've been having problems logging into a few phpBB forums that I frequently visit. When I attempt to login with the correct information, the page reloads to the same page, the text boxes are cleared and I remain logged out. According to the forums I will be listed as logged in along the bottom of the forums but I still have no access to making posts. I'm sure this is some kind of cookie problem. I've cleared my cache and cookies. I am able to log into the forums from other computers within my house. I've tried using Firefox and IE and have both have the same problem. There are short periods of time in which I am able to log in, but this rarely occurs (5-10% of the time). Anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve my problem? Thanks in advance.

Quitting Runescape was difficult for me just because I am a competitive person playing within such a competitive game. This game is filled with so many items and goals that individuals can acheive, theres always something to desire. It honestly took me a few good months of slowly cutting down on my playing hours until I finally got over the addiction to keep playing it. I get on occasionally here and there to chat with friends, but my desire to train as I used to is completely gone.

I went to check my email today and apparently Windows has signed me up for some "Windows Live Hotmail Beta". All of my emails I had stored in my inbox were erased. While I know it was dumb of me not to write down some of the important information contained within those emails, I also never imagined Hotmail to wipe everything out without my consent or warning. I managed to take myself off the beta test hotmail and it is back to normal hotmail, but all of my emails are still missing. I know it's a long shot, but is there some other way to access my email or to retreive the emails I lost. Thanks in advance.

I have my country set for the right place, I cleared my cache and I reset my cable modem, but none of those ideas worked. I got a letter in the mail today from Time Warner stating they were trying to convert everything over from Adelphia (Time Warner bought out Adelphia here) and the date they gave for the convert process was the date this problem occured - so I think it's safe to assume it's just my ISP. Thanks guys for the help tho, much appreciated.

I'm unaware of any Windows settings that can be changed to show what country you are from. If you are talking about the 'Date and Time Properties' dialog box, I have it set for Eastern Time (US and Canada), but I do not see what that would have to do with the problem other than affecting the date and time on my computer.

I came home yesterday to realize that google.com now always redirects me to google.co.uk. No matter what I try, I will always be redirected. I live in Ohio, so I don't really understand why this is happening. I have cleared my cache and cookies and that has done nothing. Is google looking at my IP address incorrectly and is assuming that I live in the UK or does someone believe this may be an issue I could resolve on my end. This isn't a really big issue, just wondering why it is happening. Thanks in advance.

1. Windows XP Home Edition 2. 1022MB RAM 3. 41 GB (Really need to update this, 41 GB is nothing by todays standards) 4. 17" HYUNDAI ImageQuest L72S 5. Dude it's a Dell 6. IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® 4 CPU 2.66GHz 7. RADEON 9800 Pro 8. Something that is not good 9. The standard Dell black case that everyone has seen Not that great of a computer now, back when I bought it it was amazing to me.

I don't think that's even possible to define as a liquid. If you really did drink milk that has sat outside for 7 months in hot weather, it wouldn't even be a liquid. I'm not even sure what I would define it to be, but it definantly wouldn't be a liquid. Anyhow, I hope your being sarcastic with that one, because that is very very gross lol :-X .

You can download hijackthis here. It's just a small program that allows you to identify malicious software and to remove it from your computer. Do a scan and post the log here and someone may be able to help you identify what you need to delete. Do not delete anything until you have posted the log here and someone has told you what you may delete.

Worst thing I've drank would be some kind of rum/gatorade mixture that my friend made. There were a few other liquids mixed in it but I truthfully can't remember what all of them were. It was bad enough that I couldn't take more than a sip.

Try downloading Spybot-S&D. Try booting your computer in safe mode and scan with your ad-aware and then your Spybot-S&D. If the problem still isn't resolved you could post a HijackThis log.

Thanks for the reply 1) I have cleared all of my temp internet files (on all the computers I have tried in the house) 2) I just tried accessing it on my campus computers and it does indeed work there 3) On all of the computers in my house I tried accessing hotmail through Firefox and IE I could be wrong, but this seems like some kind of ISP problem. My email isn't the site that is not loading, there are a very few other sites that do not work. I just find it strange how most pages load just fine, but then theres just a few that will not load. Edit: I fixed the problem finally, I unplugged my cable modem and router and that worked

Just copy and paste the link that is next to "Hotlink for forums (1)". You are using the thumbnail for forums and you also have an extra set of tags that you do not need.

I don't like getting into all of those theories and math. I simply think of time travel this way: If time travel was possible, wouldn't you think that at least one person from the future would have come to our present time to tell us? If time travel was possible at any point in the future, someone would have come back and said so. Since there has been no credible time travelers, I still believe time travel is impossible.

It's been over 24 hours since my hotmail email account quit working. I can see that I have new emails from my MSN messenger, but when I try to sign into hotmail to check my mail, the page will remain white as if it is trying to load and will give me the "The page cannot be displayed" message. I have tried to access my email through a number of different ways and have also tried to check it from other computers through my house with no luck. Is this a problem on my end or is everyone having a similar problem? I use my email alot for school and I really need access to it. Any feedback will be helpful, thanks :D

Why wouldn't they? I know the rivalry between OSU and Michigan is a bitter game, but Bo Schembechler was a huge part of the history of the rivalry. OSU fans know that and have respect for the guy and I think you will see that during the game. As far as the game goes, I don't think the loss will have much of an effect on Michigan. GO BUCKS!

X cmeski X (120) I guess I haven't done it because I'm too lazy. I don't really play Runescape anymore other than to check out new updates and to talk to friends. Fighting monsters for 30 mins or whatever it is just to get to the boss doesn't sound exciting to me anyhow. -
The gardner that sells the bagged plants is located in Falador park.

I found this out awhile ago after visiting peoples houses and I noticed a difference in the dungeon appearances. I agree with you in thinking that tropical wood looks the best. Even tho fancy stone is the most expensive to get, I think that it makes my house very plain looking. I like the look of tropical in the dungeon and the regular normal house as well :D
