Wow, welcome to the start of my new blog. I've been around reading blogs for years, but i've never though of making one for myself until now. After being on a 1 year break on this account I have finally come back to it. Leaving wiht 96 Fletching I quickly gained a 99 in time for a skill cape to start some combat with. I'm not asking for you to donate, or to invite me to your drop parties. You can anyway but that's beside the point. I'd just like you to leave me the odd comment with words of advice etc, especially towards my blog. All i have managed so far is hide boxes :) [hide= Goals] Combat is going to be the main focus of my blog as I find it the funnest thing to do. I suppose they are just not re-naming players because otherwise people could say I think my name might be found as offensive please can I change it? Must be something to do with a matter of principle in my opinion.

Am I supposed to take their word for that? They promised an "uber" detection system since 2004, and each new update they swore will break the back of RWT, because of their detection system. But RWT thrived all the way until its physically impossible to trade. Their detection system isn't worth crap for what they say it is. The detection mechanism never worked well before, and I have no reason whatsoever to believe it's going to be better now. For example, they had a gold transfer detection system in the past. And they banned a lot of bots and mains using it, or at least they said they did. But RWT still thrived. Why would it be any different now with powerlevelling than it used to be before with gold farming? I once lost my password and my account was then disabled until i got all the recovery questions. I guess they will just note accounts that go to flagged "bad" IP's?

This wouldn't make sense if a cheater adds all of his autoers for 3 months by the time that period is over he could have some serious money? Unless he faced some reprecussions for having a load of autoers added.

The only problem i now forsee is them just trying to ruin the game for us out of the sheer fun of it. Suppose they wanted to crash the market i'm sure they could somehow - i'm not an economist so I wouldn't be able to tell you, but could they drag prices down for raws on ge and then get their "main" accounts to buy the raws when they are cheap as when everyone else is forced to sell cheap because of GE prices. At this point they stop flooding the market the raws go back up and they make 100gp a log of the thousands upon thousands that they bought? Auto's still exist they just can't transfer the money. My idea is just pure speculation however.

Well, this is a chance worth jumping at. However x-man I think I am going to plan my approach and not jump in. I feel like giving you as much help as possible, should i be chosen and therefore I am going to make some reference pictues for you. The basic principle is there is a man (me) smithing, on an anvil, obviously :). As I strike the visage, dragon head looking thing, flames burst out, animation is not needed however it would challenge you perhaps? I really do not mind, it would be up to your personal choice. Refence picture below. Out of the flames is a phoenix bursting out, however only as an entity with the flames, so rather it is a phoenix looking flames. Vast oranges reds and yellows everwhere with slight smoke dispilling upwards out of the skyroof in the top. My character is dressed in black bleeches and a dragon hide body (black). He is wearing a salve amulet and in the hand without the hammer is a black knife. On the mans hip a whip is curled up ready to be used, however this would be a nice subtle extra than a main focous of the piece. Refence picture below. The scene would be in a room, nothing particually special about it, no rares or vast amounts of cash. However there could possibly be random items of skills around the side. Mounted side by side a rune pick axe and a dragon hatchet on the wall. A glass blowing pipe below that possibly? Another nice touch would be a room leading off to the back with a furnace in it containing some rune bars, out of the furnace dor will be heat erupting causing the top of the furnace to be distorted. Such items like arrow heads and headless arrow piles would be a nice touch to make the piece feel welcoming, not empty yet bustling. As I plan on keeping this sig for a while, I would appreciate 24 pegs ready for skill capes to be hung as I achieve them one by one. Because this is a christmas give-away I would like to see some recognition to the people of tip it so perhaps a cabinet on the wall with a fairy wearing a santa hat. Underneath could perhaps be a plaque entitled "Tip it Chistmas" or something slightly more fitting, you're probably more eloquent with words than me. I would like to challenge you too, and put you to the test. And it is for that reason that I think something like a mirror in the background that shows the smithing from another angle would be pretty nice too :) Oh and for finalising, I don't really need a border however if you think it looks better with one, then if my idea is picked you can choose. On the Sig i would like my name "Edtheripper" to be places somewhere out of the way, yet still visable to my player. If a subtext would be fitting I would like the text "Rebirth through skills". Either way if you pick me or not I am just happy that you have read over my idea, and if you don't choose to take my request then I am looking fowards all the more to you making someone else happy. I agree with you wholey that something needs to be done. And although other ideas for your so called "inventions" do exist, certainly no-one would really complain to much if they were to happen except with the last one. I don't see why a higher leveled player can give out larger gifts than a lower leveled player. There would need to be some way around this, maybe even a rs postal service that checks all "presents" before they are transacted meaning that suspicious RWT will get flagged up immediately. I'm not saying my idea is particually great however just the total level division theories seem a bit overkill just like the update we are all facing. good write however, keep it up.
