  1. Depends what percent of your budget you are spending on infrastructure.
  2. You can buy cities for 1 trillion each. They don't do anything except make it more difficult to fast conquer, and make the individual losses for cities smaller.
  3. Trol, I just assigned random dots, rather than accurate cities.
  4. Paul, can you repost the image, I can't see it, and it is one of my most favourite.
  5. Well Hex has agreed to allow the International Inspectors in, but the results will be sent to Mather, and then Mather can decide who to send the results to or whatever. International forces are kinda annoying like that. I can't confirm or deny anything that Hex has or does not have.
  6. Right now I am not sure. Take China's IAG then divide it by the number of cities that China originally had. Then times that by the number of cities you currently have.
  7. It would increase to 101% of what it is now. Its a slightly complicated system, but it keeps from expontial growth...or explosive decline. (Eg, you get bombed and lose 5%, and then you IAG takes 50 years to recover...) So its 1% when over 1 and 10% when its under 1...basically.
  8. It will be 85% of what it is now.
  9. Yeah, ok. International Inspectors from....Japan...Will arrive. Japan will be informed of the true situation and then Japan can tell anyone who asks.
  10. Sigh. If someone wants to set up an international court of justice, have people sign up to it and lay down rules and such...then fine...Otherwise stop talking about (in-game) non-existant organisations.
  11. Ok, I am off for the night, enjoy people.
  12. Y. 50 Billion reccuring to your IAG. Kilotonne...slightly different....and you don't know how powerful it was/is/if it exists.
  13. Hmmm, that could work. It would go back to being white, it would be friendly with Greece for a while, and Dusty would get a few billion in IAG as a bonus. That works.
  14. Well, Dusty...If you prefer you can have proxy control, but I am not working out IAG for a country if I don't need to.
  15. Because it makes my life more complicated...Lets go with an easier way. Dusty can decrease his own IAG and actually it all just belongs to Greece. You roleplay that disadvantage.
  16. Errr, how do you want that on the map?
  17. Basically...People invaded Hextopia(China)...and thats about it....
  18. Perhaps...but Labour for 16+ years straight be the tombstone for the labour party. Lib Dem is the only really option which doesn't involve us shafted by Cameron.
  19. France is doing second best actually, after Kaz....
  20. Yeah, I know. Lib Dem victory is the best case. Tory Victory is worse case... Labour is the middle course.
  21. You would need a lack of personality, a lack of economic skill, a lack of military skill, a lack of diplomatic skill...and a barrage of PR people. Hegemony is the opposite to all those things.
  22. You can still invade...there are still rather large slices left.
  23. I don't see a problem.
  24. The invasion... Intercontinental Nulistic Missiles... That is pretty self explaintory.
  25. Oh yeah, Hex is a really strong regional power now...I mean he has lost 70% of his population...and alot of territory.
