  1. I can do that, sorry about forgetting about you
  2. Are you Australia? And do you mean on the map or somewhere else?
  3. Nah, its in millions of dollars, so you need to add 6 0s. I have done it already.
  4. Ok.
  5. Nope.
  6. Just to correct, these are Iranian Operatives in the Iranian Sector of Hextopia...not in the Hextopian Sector of Hextopia.
  7. Well if it has a large impact it is because it fails, otherwise it is in developmental research...ie you can use it small scale and it is still be researched so that in 5/9/30 years you can use it large scale. Iranian operatives in Hextopia have discovered some interesting information, pm me for details. +1 Anywho, Benz has been set up as well. For all your merce(des)nary needs. They are operating out of Libia, but have branches in most countries. Prices are not that competative, roughly 300,000 per solider, compared to the 90,000 you can spend for a homeboy, but they are quite well trained. Also there is a limit of about 50,000 being hired in any one year... Please PM me any applications.
  8. (Archi, you do know you can use the acronym function?) I don't know how... Obvouisly...
  9. Evidence says no. Its just easier this way. Adding North Korea.
  10. Sorry, typo 10 Billion per year.
  11. Well, to small debts. If America was 10 billion in the hole then its infrastructure would suffer anyway...on account of their leader being an idiot  Oh, and the ISA(International Space Administration) has been set up in Switzerland. Anyone who joins will get access to Efficent Rockets in 80 years time, allowing for relatively cheap orbital flight. Membership costs 10 billion a year. Joining later will cost more.
  12. Argentina has continued the assualt into Paraguay. There was one hairy moment when it looked like Brazil was going to intervene, but, in the end, it stood by. Once it became apparent that Brazil was not going to help the Army of Paraguay surrendered, hoping for fair treatment after the war. Total cost of Attack: 13,500,000,000 Treasury: 243,704,000,000 Infrastructure: 0.75 Kazakhian Treasury: 2,312,500,000 Kazakhian Infrastructure: .6 The IDA has been set up, the International Debt Association, which will lend money to countries if they cannot pay their debts. The IDA will charge .1 Infrastructure per 10 billion lent, and will expect to be paid back. Stealing money from the IDA is bad. [hide][/hide]
  13. Cause I can't remember everything(can you post me a link to your original post). If you mean for the txt...I sort of let it get on top of me, so I will be updating it some point tonight, unless something comes up
  14. In other news: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcWEAEoVKl8 Oh, and South American Countries are beginning an arms build up in responce to Argentina's aggression. And a new map has been published.
  15. Argentina has invaded Paragauy. Through a 300,000 man assault Argentina has taken 2 of the three cities in Paraguay at a cost of some 50,000 people in total. The other assault turned into a nightmare of an assault, resulting in the death, defection or capture of 90,000 soliders and the invasion of a nearby city. Paraguay is offering a peace treaty in which they take the city they captured and you give back the two cities you captured. Brazil is pressuring you to take the deal as well. You have 150,000 troops in the field which you can use for free, since they have already been paid for, but only in the next few hours. Current cost of the attack: 13,500,000,000 Treasury: 257,204,000,000 Infrastructure: 0.8 A combined task force of nations has invaded Hextopia. American forces landed and established a beach-head pretty easily with no interferance from the Hextopian armies. As they began advancing Hextopian aircraft began bombing, but the F22s on the aircraft carriers took out the majority of the bombers before they could do any real damage, suffering no damage themselves. As the American force advanced they met villagers fleeing carrying what seem to be large food containers. The American forces advanced to help the villagers. When the troops reached the villagers the food containers exploded. This happened multiple times in multiple areas, killing some 150,000 American troops, 300 tanks, and 40,000 Hextopian villagers. American forces were forced to remain within their beach-headed area, though were able to assist the now larger French force, taking control of two cities. The American airforce engaged scattered pockets of Hextopian soliders, killing a total of 2,000 soliders. The French Offensive received much the same treatment, with multiple divisons being killed by villagers. Fortunately surviours of the early assaults warned others and so casulties were minimised to 20,000. Using a shoot first, shoot later and then shoot some more, tactic, the French army have achieved all of their objectives, but caused widespread damage. The Iran Offensive advanced much more slowly, and so when the villagers appeared they were still massed together, killing around 120,000 of the troops. Though communication was fast, working out what was goin on and began shooting the villagers. The American detachement was completely destroyed when they blitzed into a villager group. Advancement was slowed up by the crippled logistics and generally defensive nature of Iran's soliders, as well as command conflicts with the Egyptian army. The Egyptian Offensive never really got underway, being caught inside the Iranian slow advance, eventually assuming responsibility for the further inland Iranian objectives. 60,000 were lost in the villagers attacks and some 30,000 more in bombing raids. American Engagement Army got lost due to overcomplicated command instructions and the lack of the Hextopian Army attacking as one massive force. Basically wasting lot of resources. The Kazakstan Offensive achieved its main objectives without any major problems. The Villager attacks were expected by a commander on the ground and confirmed early on. 5,000 troops died during fighting. Hextopian Cost of Defence: Zip Hextopian Infrastructure: .3 Since the territory is occupied, not annexed or pillaged, each city will cost 50 billion per year to maintain. Annexing this territory costs nothing, but will mean any damage you have inflicted getting it will transfer to your infrastructure. Pillaging the territory costs nothing, but will mean the cities will be destroyed permenantly and you will gain a 100 Billion one off payment.
  16. Unless the guns are much more expensive...I switch my Peashooter for a Phaser Pistol....I don't mind.
  17. Big Gun equals massive lulz
  18. I will update the map soon, I would prefer to get uptodate with all the attacks first.
  19. If you want to send your troops out with 90 rounds in the gun then do please state it and I will reduce your costs. But any attack...or defence...will very quickly run out of steam and turn into a rout.
  20. No. Argentina has invaded Uruguay. The two armies fought a pitched battle, suffering some 30,000 casualties before the Argentinan army was routed, losing 40,000 in total, despite numerical superiority. After a brief interlude the Argentinan army attacked again and began gaining ground, eventually spliting and then scattering the Uruguay army. With the relentless march on the city there was no question of trying to seige it and it was taken with just 5,000 casualties. Total cost of the attack:13,500,000,000 Treasury: 270,704,000,000 Infrastructure: 0.9
  21. No and no. I don't really see a problem with a 2 million strong army. It would only cost a 180 billion per year to use, less if it was deployed defensively. Hex should play reasonably, but there are no grounds for me to nerf his army, so long as he can pay for it when he wants to use it.
  22. I am gonna go, I feel like I am gonna throw up. I will be on later.
  23. IAG boosts are applied to the next budget, rather than this one(for obvouis leap-frogging reasons) Its an investment...You spend X amount of money this time so that in the future you will get X+Y amount back.
  24. I have both. I will work it out in a little while. Retech can you pick a number between 1 and 20 and pm it to me.
  25. Yeah, if you were just going to pillage the hell out of it then you would get upto 70% of their IAG as a one time payment to you, at the cost of the next 100 years of their development being in the fourth world.
