I know it happens to a lot of programs however I wouldn't have thought there would be an error as such in such a basic program. The error happen first time I saved Well, some possibilities: -You are infexted by ad/mal/spyware - There are some harmull threads working on the background that makes some programs crashs, such as paint, the simplest program of images... - Try to save in another extension - Don run many prgrams at once while painting! I cant think much further now.... ~komodo
