They removed them because they were not actually a part of the free game and they wanted the free game to be a game of its own. And Jagex is a company making a GAME, so fun should be #1 or #2 on their list, depending on how far they have gone toward the pre-P2P days. I would say it's a close second right now.

Assuming they haven't completely reversed their old idea of Fun > Profit, yeah. But they have been reverting to that state, slowly, with some of their more recent updates. Such as removing all of the little "teasers" like the Pickpocket options and that.

That was a great movie. Eastwood was amazing. That was a hilarious movie. Er, yeah... that too. Jurassic Park- I don't know why but I like this movie, and the other 2. 8/10 for this one, 7/10 for the other two

F2P isn't just supposed to attract you to members. It is also there to provide a fun game, which for me it already does. I admit that. Anything I agree with in here are just things I think would make it better. With the balanced triangle, I would be happy for the rest of my Runescape life. Anything else - skill capes, bury x, extra bank space, etc - would just be bonus.

3/10- somehow I've not seen you much.

I was forced to stop watching it because we don't have the right channels. That was about a year ago. Now I don't even know half the people on it. And Kane is afraid of the Great Khali now? That would NEVER happen. So, I guess I can't get into the new WWE storylines?

The fact that I have heard probably hundreds of members support the idea, though, is encouraging. Although, they are probably older players (in both relevant meanings).

Cos you just worked like a slave for god knows how long to be rewarded with a nice cape that has a good set of stats, a little emote and gives you +1 to that skill. In members it isn't that great but in f2p it is awesome, relatively speaking. If you reduce the stats of the cape it is taking away the main attraction of getting the cape. Emote is a little time waster that every body will get bored if in less than 10 mins. The +1 is a little useless cos you have just slaved away at that skill and JAGEX thinks you want to carry on doing it. That is why I say it should be a little better, but not several times. And the main attraction IS the emote, even if it only lasts "10 minutes", which for me, it would last longer. Trust me on that one. And the plus 1 could help in the true maxing of the skill, albeit a very small (probably virtually invisible) help.

Not surprisingly, I agree with you. I would like to add one thing that you didn't mention, though. Any member I have spoken to in-game has said they think skill capes should be F2P.

I would have to say Coins. Since they are the primary currency.

I do not pray, as it has never been forced on me. I was never in a religious school and despite living across the street from a church, never attended.

Everything COULD have been F2P. :lol: I am in full agreement, although the combat triangle should be fixed up some.

:lol: I always get asked why I don't have any 99s, and it does get annoying. I just tell them I'm not ready for one. But for your situation, I would probably just throw it back in a question of my own... Something like "Why should I wear it?" or the like. It'd be interesting to see if they could think of a legitimate reason.

I don't pvp and I rarely need extra bonuses for monster hunting. I'm not saying that there SHOULD be no bonuses, I'm just saying that the stat bonuses would be a, er, bonus. And there really is no need for any large stat bonuses, to begin with. Why have 1 kind of cape that is several times better than any other?

It would be the best in F2P, though. If they became F2P, it wouldn't have any effect on my play no matter the stats. I don't really care about the stats so much as the emote, though.

The only reason I'm not going for a 99 yet is that I'm not ready to. Too many F2P skills lag behind. Well behind. The full bonuses are definitely NOT needed. Give a little better than a normal cape and it is worth it. But most of us want the emote more than anything.

3 movie weekend at the Drive-in, plus I watched 3 more afterwards... Funny People- Better than I expected, even though I expected it to be an alright movie. 7.5/10 Public Enemies- Johnny Depp saved this movie from disaster, in my opinion. Christian Bale is really not that good. 8/10 Bruno- It had funny parts and disgusting parts. It was better than expected, but still not very good. 6/10 Witless Protection- Still funny after a dozen viewings, although it is slowly losing some of the hilarity. 8/10 Galaxy Quest- Tonu Shalhoub and Sam Rockwell were great. They made this movie better, for me. 8/10 Tank Girl- Among my favourites of all-time, Lori Petty was brilliant. 9/10

Honestly, it doesn't make many people want members. Prayer isn't even used by a lot of accounts. It might help keep them there once they get there, but the bury-x would ultimately benefit anybody who does. Well I have to say that the prayer skill in F2P is very different from the members because of the fact that members can prolong their prayer use with potions and the falador shield. As for the second sentence, I have no doubt about that concerning F2P players. A lot of skills are much different in P2P over F2P because of such things. And a lot of members bury bones while training, and this has been embraced by a fair few.

I checked on it and yeah, it was removed with the graphical update. I miss having that face stare at me while I mage the Lesser Demon. And in response to Grasle: :lol:
