Nuh uh , cable IP stays the same untill you request a new one at your provider. On the other hand ,dial up is a different case. But my brother send in our IP and they said they matched with the creation IP *2 years ago* and thats the main reason my brother got back his account. cable and dsl change every time you power rotate your modem (unplug the power then plug it back in)

dragon pick?? maybe some new guilds such as herblore ..umm woodcutting maybe but i see no use in it since trees are everywhere...uhhh hopefully some high lvl updates..like new weapons/armor for lvl 90 ...ummm a good skill that takes a while to get up would be cool...(has anyone else notice that all the skill updates in rs2 are way to easy???) ohhh and can't forget some good quest.... oh well i guess we will have to wait and see what they come up with

no, unless your skulled then if you want to keep it you will have to use the protect item prayer ( requires 25 prayer)

log into runescape and click the menu that icon is a wrench..then turn the volume off
