Yes, we shouldn't be allowed to get these items for training after 99 and for the looks of them either :rolleyes:. You have 4 weeks to kill it then like 3 months to use the gloves, there's no rush. yes you shouldn't.. Is it so wrong to ask something for non-maxed people one day? really everything these days is for maxed people and even the things especially said for "mid level" are getting massed by people with maxed combat.. - If you are just land 1 hit and then wait till everyone can do that! So what you're saying is that experience should stop at exactly level 99 as it's pointless training higher and people shouldn't be able to as it's not as worthy as actually gaining levels? Here's an idea: Jagex has "high level worlds." How about some "low level worlds"? I think that would be a nice idea. Plz point out the high lvl world I havn't seem to have found it yet

Changes the way merchers can look in W2 standing around with the armor. This stuffs going to be more expensive than every piece of 3rd age, kingly, druidic, cosmetic and spirit shield combined. This update must be why they're bringing out free trade if you catch my drift. I want to see armor that takes skill to get, not no lifing runescapes GE. Whatever happened to that smithing update we were supposed to get...

So you get 544 stab defense & almost the same slash defense with the best possible gear and a steel titan. You also get 20% melee absorb if using the chaotic kiteshield (though people would likely use the DFS for it's strength bonus) and you get the same strength bonus as bandos. So best defense in entire game, best absorb in entire game (with spirit shields) and best damage in entire game. Oh yeah, you get 400 more life too. Not like that matters or anything /sarcasm. To top if off, it's harder than corp and requires more to time and effort to kill than corp. And I thought divine and elysian were expensive at 1 billion street. Even 3rd age is impossible to buy still, and it sucks, it's just rare. God knows what these will be worth. Can't wait for free trade to get them an easier way than wasting my life getting 10 trillion street. :thumbup:

I think it's safe to say that chaotic rapier is officially better than chaotic longsword. Oh well at least it's more balanced with lower lvl weapons like the shields are now from soaking update.

lol overpowered tank. All this defense/absorbs with 26 mage def. I think I'll actually buy an eagle-eye kiteshield now, for that rare time that a mage attacks me, now that simply switching shields in combat will still give me absorb.

I get 130k an hour with maxed void (Deflector) and a whip, dds, super set, piety, and an iron titan. I doubt that C Rapier, steel titan, extremes, spec restore, turmoil, and dragon defender (New maxed void?) is only a 18k tokkul increase, I'm sure you can top 160/170k with that setup? Either you're lying or I'm somehow doing something terribly wrong. I'm using spec restores, summoning pots, extremes, dds, chaotic rapier, steel titan, turmoil and even have berserker (i). I'd like to see a clip of the way you're doing it if you wouldn't mind. :geek:

Almost 150k tokkul in 1 steel titans timer. That's about 20k difference in tokkul than when I was using rune defender. :thumbup:

Someone else almost killed this one, but I stole it. Then I safespot-afked it until it was full health and killed it.

Dragon Defender = more gf towards CLS and update for damage reduction above 200 = even more gf towards CLS. :D

Dragon defender = gf void deflector if it gives more strength. Only use I can find with deflector if that's the case is TDS for range/melee.

Well if you wanna call it a joke, then ok. But there's nothing stopping anyone from simply rushing with magic then specing, it'll do the same thing in dangerous PVP.

Maybe once a year, we get a new weapon - which is usually for melee. That weapon is always stronger than the previous, even for range and magic, yet are still weak compared to melee. Why is it, that JaGeX listens to peoples demands for better weapons, but never listen to peoples demands about armor? People have been wanting better armor since Barrows which was released God knows how long ago. We havn't gotten better armor since then. Mod Mark is supposedly working on defense is he not? Then why are we still getting new weapons that are more powerful than the last and still not getting any armor? JaGeX completely blew it with both occult and warped floor Dungeoneering releases. Everyone expected new armor from the warped release but all we got was an amulet that no one's ever going to use. However, in the mean time, they scrapped the "Eye of the ___" rewards because they weren't all that great. How ironic. It was released a little while ago, but the Korasi Sword is the newest power weapon, which trumps every other weapon out there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdiucBiRNYk When using maximum strength gear and extremes/spec recovers the Korasi Sword 2-hits anyone in any gear like 99% of the time. (I brought all those pots in video to 2-hit people making me rage - that guy wasn't one of them lol) If you use vengeance it might as well be 100% since if they hit you it'll finish them. You might say, "oh, but that's only in safe PVP". Well who cares, safe PVP is the majority of PVP activities out there. The only hope of any good defense we had was diminished when the new equip screen update came out and revealed Dungeoneering shields decrease damage even less than we thought - though some would argue it sucked the way it was anyway, which it kinda did. If JaGeX isn't willing to add anything into the game that absorbs more damage than divine/elysian, or even remotely CLOSE to it, then how can they expect to ever fix defense? Add more defense? Korasi hits 100% of the time, as do other things. Add more HP? That was supposed to be the point of that constitution update was it not? Why havn't we seen a single thing for it? Even if they DO add more HP items, will they even add very much? JaGeX's history tells us - no. Besides, the Korasi Sword can hit over 1400+ with 2 specials if you get lucky enough, and considering it has a 100% chance to hit, that's not too much of a stretch for Korasi. Discuss.

If I was to secretly replace all 36 of my parents current 60W normal lightbulbs with 34 60W fluorescent lightbulbs and 2 40W fluorescent lightbulbs (for basement), how much money would it cost to buy them and how money much would it save per month? My mom thinks the swirl is ugly so I'd have to replace secretly. Who looks at a lightbulb and who cares... :mellow:

So if I understand this update correctly, it's just another one of those cheaper but slower exp training methods to train a skill, even though it's not actually cheaper because you can hunt TDS to pay for faster herblore exp, and this update has no actual rewards outside the area? Is this correct, or am I wrong?
