Please tell me that you are joking. I use slayer dart in my runs with full veracs on (i'm low on melee stats, can't melle brothers effectively), and i hit most of the time in double digits. it takes me 15-18 pray points to kill brother on average. If you can do that with fire bolt, please be my quest. You would fail fire bolt much more often with only +10 mage bonus, and slayer dart barely splash. Chaos spells are cheapest but not effective. i rather add few more k in price and do my runs faster, therefore increasing my changes to get items in long run.

Gratz to editor for awesome article. I think jagex is going towards young kids even tho they do not tell that. Honestly most of 13+ year olds already know how dangerous internet is and how to protect from it. Last few rule changes showed that jagex wants to babysit players, and the only ones that needs that is young and immature. I loved this game until they start telling me how to play and i might start looking for another game where i have some freedom to make my own choices even if it would be a bad decision.

This is a bunch of [cabbage]... look over forums, see how many people use dynamic signs. you guys even display your name. it will take them to come here for and hour and 2 hours of banning, and few hundred of great player already have account banned. Several people are saying this, why?The sigs probably take up a considerable amount of bandwith and add nothing to the gaming experience, i like the sigs but can live without, Jagex is a company designed to make money, this is merely an attempt to cut (uneccesary) costs and is perfectly justified. As for no bookmarking I never did it but i can see why this is annoying for people who used to bookmark. I don't think Jagex will limit the amount of time you can play a day as there is no way to justify this other than saying we want more money for giving you less, which they wont do. Want justification: One kid got sick while playing runescape 12 hours a day, parent is suing company that it didn't protected kid. Next thing it will be limit of playing. Is it fair? NO Is it good justification? YES

do you know that that is annoying and that i play this game not because of clicking, but because i have fun. for each mouse click i type 3-4 letters. I talk with people. Another thing is that Jagex is taking choice of how we play this game, now only world switcher, next month length of time, latter you will have to use only one browser (IE, because it lets pop-ups to come to your machine and make money for companies and jagex). It's easy to take only one freedom, because people get used to that. Sorry this is not how company that cares about customers should act.

what about bookmarking? we used to do that and today we can't. Also if they crying for bandwidth, then why they need to force to navigate each user via series of pages, it takes much more than simple ping with text data that dynamic signs uses. I don't think it's a purely bandwidth problem, or they didn't thought that opening pages will create much traffic.

So should it also be none of their business that people use autos to play? There has to be limits on how people can use other software. Jagex has made these restrictions clear now. That is all. I hope you do know difference between bookmarking worlds, using Firefox or dynamic stats and cheating. Now jagex wants you to use runescape by their rules, and i don't mean game, but how you play. I don't like click 55 times in that site (which needs serious improvement on navigation) just to find my world. I do wanna use information that they provide without going there. I think this is different than cheating in game and getting unfair advantage. Community should not follow it's slowest member, it should try to keep up with leaders, and this is natural selection. If someone is to young or dumb, then they should not play, but Jagex should never limit me how to play this game.

79 range - i fell in love with this skill from first arrows (which i shot while beniog lvl 65 :) ) 78 mage - useful at barrows and just to get around 78 (I'm embarrassed to say) fletching - it's because i make yew longs from time to time to refresh my money stack. i don't even like this skill 77 HP - it just comes standard 74 def - i need to set on some melee skill when training slayer, since i can't range all of the monsters :)
