June 11, 2007 Story is.... i logged out at beasts, stayed up all night cause i knew the beasts were coming out, seen the update in bottom, log out, right when it updated, i logged in, 1 or 2nd kill...bam...as u can see, talking to a friend, and we just logged in... ("they look awesome" was said about pic shown in update of it when the update was released) this was the pic of the stats that was posted everywhere when i posted in on DI forums. Probably most seen this. DBow original topic <---(link to DI topic i posted when i got it) Lol, funny, when i logged into w2, i just started trying to sell the bow at the tele point since i was lagging and everyone was teleing there or logging in there, basically started the spot for bow selling, look at how many people traded me, wanting to see it. Also note the nubs buying 500k LOL. I got greedy, coulda got 250m or a yellow for the bow, but i was seeing all the offers i got, and before i knew it, they were dropping before my eyes, first 100m ( got mask set, santa, and 10m offer from Godz chosen, then he traded me bak 10 mins later for this). I started to take pics just to remember how peeps got crazy about it Was gonna keep it, then after a an hour or 2, i said forget it, and sold it for 11m, oh well, made a huggeeee mistake lol Hotho was one of the first ten, but imma have to say im the first :evil:

Originally i've been going for top rank while making money via beasts, but i decided it was time to stop delaying my only goal i really had for myself in this game that would feel like an accomplishment. Back before all the str bonus gear, and black mask, i have been striving for this . This will be my starting point . Hope to keep a flow going. Geared up in tank gear and my guthans and headed over to the lighthouse for Dagg killing. No one here, yes, Daggs all to myself.Finished that task with a few herb seeds :o. After Durdael screwed me over a few times, got 140 spirit mages, lets see if i get any boots lol....And well, my internet is now lag 100% so that conludes Day 1...argh!. Got 2 boot drops and a bunch of seeds. New task, 181 Blk demons, very nice exp. Too bad the task took forever. Came out with 3 rune chains and a med. After many lame tasks from duradel, I ended up with 187 more Blk demons :@ Good exp but boring. That should conclude Day 2. Day 2 End! 998,160 Exp till 98 Slayer, 68,521,372 exp in Atk, Still rank #39 [/hide] [hide=Day 3-6 ( 9/18/07-9/21/07)] Tuesday-Friday: Well, college has been killing me, also spending time with my gf. Well been busy slaying still little by little. Been mainly getting Black demons, Abby specs, with the occasional gargs, nechs and abbys. Did get a Dark beast task, 19 of them, and wouldnt u know, a nice d bow drop for me :), making that number 26. Also managed to get 69m atk and the big one....70m ATK!!! ... Well, been slaying ok i assume. I been getting crap tasks, and a lucky task like the 199 abby task i got, and the 198 abby task the next day. Its been adding up though. Alot of tasks that i hope for drops but nothing showing up...whipless again, guess another dry spell ( the last 2 whips i got were a recovery from a "36 task whipless" dry spell). Today ( 9/21) been getting alot of pretty good tasks, like spirit mages, abbys, but no drops :angry: . Well all is good, slayer is going quite well. Thats the process basically these last couple days. Hoping for more drops, but good exp tasks are always good. Moving right along with the ATK exp, hitting the big 70M atk felt great, things are going quite good, 99 slayer is coming soon. Then recovered with a nice 182 Garg task. Ended this task with 4 addy boots,a nice blk top i havent seen in a while, and a suprising maul last kill of task lol. After switching lame lame tasks, and doing the weak switched ones... such as the lamest ever..desert lizards, I finally got a nice abby task. Came out whipless again . Went back for 180 Kalphites, which got me a range level Now after that, the day with 161 abbys, which ill save for tomorrow, early day tomorrow, HW Time! Lots of garg tasks, nechs, etc. Finished that dust devil task with a lose of a cannon from internet d/c yesterday. Been wierd, i havent gotten any drops from anything, no boots from nechs, mauls, nada. Guess im washed up lol. Well not much today but good tasks. I was packed with my graphic work, doing a rotoscope all day. So when i finally finished that late at night only got on to do an abby spec task ( did get a lavastaff making that like 85-86 now lol). That was that day, low exp, didnt get to even get to jot down my exp End day 10!...Exp ???[/hide] [hide=Day 11 ( 9/26/07)] Wednesday: Well today was pretty good. Got blk demons, alot of dark beasts task, but no bow lol. Also mananged to get a spiritual mage task, and would u know, i got rewards with 2 nice boot drops . Making that # 68 +69. Also managed to get to 71m Atk Exp :-P Pretty nice day. Alot of task switching but ended the day with a nice amount of exp. Got alot of seed and herbs tho so it evens out. Did hit a speed bump with about an hour of task switching which i just had to take a break from RS lol. So im moving right along. That 98 looks O so close haha. Got a ton of HW this weekend so we'll see what happens. Jeez, i hate college. I finally managed to pull an abby task but OF COURSE no whip XD. Day was back and forth and wasnt getting as good task as i needed, all the slow ones, like abby specs. Finally , my last task of the day was 165 Spirit Mages, and this is where some things happened. All during this task, i managed to get 72m Atk exp, as well as 2 more boot drops, bringing me up to 71 D boot drops so far. That was it for today, time to get 98 slayer tommorrow, whoo, cant wait, then ill be one more level to the 1337ness :) End day 13!...28,661 Exp till 98 Slayer!!!....72,051,720 Exp in ATK, Still rank 35 [/hide] [hide=Day 14 ( 9/29/07)] FINALLY, 2 weeks after starting this thread, finally got 98. From the beginning, only 28k, thought id get it easy, boy was i wrong. Spent 3 hours with task switches...monkeys galore. Duradel didnt want me to get 98. Finally managed bloodvelds, then i got infernal mages. I had 160exp till 98, i had to switch, i get 32 birds, i do chickens, then i get 10 steel dragons, so i finally switch to crawling hands, with 71 exp to go, probably the only person to get 98 on a task switch rofl. Here it is...one more to go ********************************************************* ********************************************************* Well, after getting 98, soon enuff Duradel helped me out. I immediately got spirit mages ( no boots tho), then Nechs (no boots lol), and so forth. Soon ended the day with a Blk demons task. Wow 98 slayer is nothing but good tasks now XD End day 14!...1,200,239 Exp to 98 Slayer!...72,273,819 EXP in ATK, still rank 35! CB 124 Lv 97 Slayer 137 Spirit mages 188 Blk demons 176 Nechs 192 abby specs 19 Dark Beasts 10 Dark beasts 49 Iron drags. All is normal for me, maybe just less abby demons for slayer :x

Jagex keep the rate high the first week to get the items in the economy, so RS has a chance to enjoy the update, after a nice flow of the item surface, the drop rate decreases and the price stays the reasonable price...depending on skill needed to obtain the item. The boot rate has been decreases i assure u

i remember my first rare, just save and keep upgrading that rare, avoid letting friends use it, never show off with it to avoid scamming and death, and u should be getting a phat in no time

Do the Brew foodwise, for slayer, he used used thousands of ring of recoils. Look up Elishot, he's higher slayer then ZZZ and lv 4. Just takes work...thats all
