Motivation is one of the biggest reasons that people quit. So thats something you need (you can search google for motivation on excersize) Personally I think of the result, it helps to me. (i dont know how much you weigh) but it could be that you have to less fat to get big muscles, just because your body cant ''make the muscles'' I try to do as much sit ups when I really cant do one more, before going to bed. but thats discussed allready :-# Good luck :
