It's a tele with no method of tele needed, which doesn't work. Again, I think the lvl 58 version is fine. Don't need this one. I don't like this at all. What I wouldn't mind seeing is a prayer like the following: Lvl 65. Prayer = Influence of the Gods. No Drain until activated, at which point it rips all of your prayer points from you. Can't be reused again in the same fight. Effect: Does not drain prayer until the user is hit for damage whilst using prayer. Damage will always be completely ignored, but prayer will vanish to 0. Discuss.

Good idea. I also believe that they could be made F2P too, as I find it amusing that such a weapon is P2P only ("Join members, and you can attack from a safespot with a long stick!!!!1111" - whoo). Wouldn't mind seeing them become smithable too - "Use spear head with spear shaft". The spearhead being made from 1 bar and the shaft being made by using a knife on normal logs.

Almost? You're looking at one of the main reasons I became a member. It's just so much more efficiant storing all the stuff you need. However, I'm beginning to find it a tight fit, so I wouldn't mind if P2P bankspace was updated, as we need it :|.

Hehe, I actually ran a little experiment last night in the dwarf mines. I've been killing time waiting for my membership to kick back in, mostly by walking around and making an [wagon] out of myself. So, last night, I'm wandering around in the Dwarf mines, trying to grab me some addy ore, and whilst waiting for rocks to respawn, I'm mining and dropping mith/coal/gold, as well as shooting scorps. Now, playing "in theme", when a scorp manages to get over to me in one piece, I pull out my little rune dagger (my ONLY rune f2p weapon, I'm sad to say :P) and pummel it to death. I was promptly told that my pickaxe was a better weapon, and I thought "now thats just silly". Why should a ranger be BETTER at fighting with a giant, unweildy pickaxe, than with a small dagger....

Hmm, also re: the 3-round rule, how would it work in multi-combat? I can see myself in the wilderness, trying to flee, and someone comes up and starts hitting me. After the second round of combat, someone else joins in and the first guy runs away, then comes back again. Two people could effectivly trap someone by tag teaming them in a multi-zone, which is far worse than being tag teamed currently :|

Sadly, even though I agree with you, I don't think it is possible. I have been told many times that to raise levels beyond 99, it would require a complete statwipe of everyone. And, being able to be lvl 150 mining means nothing if you're starting at lvl 1 again :o.

My friend Betsy the Cow here is offended that you don't think she exists. I remember the 3-round rule, and it was *interesting*. Made life hard when you were mining and trying to avoid getting the snot kicked out of you by a scorpian (in hindsight, I really shouldn't have mined there in RSC). Was nice for pkers, but with some of the funky new stuff avaliable to pkers now, it shouldn't be needed. *shouldn't* I say :P.

I don't know why some people here are obsessed with spamming ideas that are just thinly veiled methods for getting more rares into the game. Mostly, said people don't have said rares, and want one without having to pay for it...

Yes, and we've all told you that BRINGING MORE RARES INTO THE GAME WON'T WORK. We also told you that there is NO PROBLEM WITH RARES, CERTAINLY NOT ONE THAT NEEDS FIXING, yet you continue to push that too. Instead of actually REALISING that there is no problem, you (in lieu of any evidence) would rather ignore the logic and tell us we are flamers.
