here's a simple answer: not every skill is designed to make money, in fact i'm pretty sure Jagex made construction as a way to drain money out of the game, a skill doesn't have to have options that make money to be a good skill, or as you say it "have a point" this skill was mainly designed for fun P.S. use the right forum next time
