  1. OSRS gets Rejuvenated wilderness today. PKing in RS3? lol lol lol they should just make it PvM and PvP game now instead of leading people on D:
  2. @Mod Daze Kind of puzzled on portents in PvP situations. Along with adrenaline loss being gone from food it makes them faster to use then regular eating and even in welfare gear you still need to hit 4-5k for a KO which isn't going to happen with portents/pneck combination. I dont know if this food-adrenaline buff was a good step or not but i'm happy were steering away from situations like: player A and B are fighting eachother, lets say player A started to dominate the fight at early stage due to some luck. Then player B has to eat a lot of rocktails, then player B finds it very difficult to bounce back into the fight due to food draining adrenaline. the rate at which player A is gaining the adrenaline (with basics and threshold included) is >> the rate at which player B is gaining adrenaline (he has to eat a lot of roctails and cant use many basics) so its like a deadlock... A can continue to dominate B untill the very end of the fight. Which is not very good from pvp's perpective and feels like hitting a training dummy. Then again I hope the cooldown timers on abilities are worked out because fights with only tresholds would get boring real fast aswell. Possible changes: Poison gets buffed, portents soak/reflect poison damageOnly let them activate after treshold/ultimate (and 40-50)A portent heals from shield ability: reflect (The user of reflect gets the damage untill the portent runs out)A cooldown timer OR adrenaline loss when a portent activates. Now that adrenaline loss from eating food is gone this seems a logical consequence for autofood.^Just thoughts, i'm not really creative with something that just heals. What's your take on the latest beta updates & have any thoughts about portents: share plis :>!

Wow, so no work on the construction and agility reworks, or the inventor skills has even started at all, and from the sound of it no work will start before the end of the year (at least for construction and agility anyway). It raises the question of why the heck they were made such a fuss about them at Runefest if no work was due to start for a very long time. Did they come up with some random ideas the week before Runefest just so they had something to talk about or something? I just think its a bit misleading and deceiving. Publicity and hope makes life D:

  15. Completely and wholeheartedly agree... Still not gonna start from utter scratch and train my account all the way back up after investing my time in my RS3 account, and I have a feeling that this is the only reason a lot of players stuck with RS3... Pretty much. Although I am starting to believe in it, it's just rather annoying this new system has to be literally built from the ground. (PVP-wise) Other then that aspect it's still a journey :)

  17. The bigoted response I was waiting for. Not everyone has the time to play it Efficiency-scape style. Some of us are only on 1-2 hours max a day, if that. Yes, some quests should have a fair hit of requirements, such as ROTM (which I still think the mining one could have done without) but the point to quests is it's storyline and lore. If you're playing them SOLELY to unlock something, Then you'll never understand that. You can mine bane ore afterwards... Sure, purely for lore and storyline requirements shouldn't be there but when you reap benefits afterwards with skill requirements it only makes sense imo :P. Are there actually quests with 80+ requirements? If not, any player can get them in a short amount of time. Most quests have horribly high QP requirements, you're able to do them why would a skill be a problem...
  18. And they are receiving a complete overhaul of the wilderness. Sometimes I wonder why they bother asking for feedback in RS3 when they seem to only adjust in OSRS (major). Must swap moolah...

EoC So far: The new warrior age (belgian) Grace of darkness (waiting for legacy) Gods of smite (dead but lots of pkers) Random warband fc/cc's (WB noobs) Looking for PvP - minigames clan, Pking - Warbands, forinthry dungeon, MB, Kill peng pkers, Chaos elemental. Duel arena. Cheers even if your clan only has one dedicated member i'll be happy.

  22. Yeah i'm not really fond of skilling but after the Kalphite king, Ascension dungeon and Vorago that does sound rather refreshing...
  23. Oh yeah, a new training ground with new NPCs or dangerous skilling area would be fun to play with. Of course, chances are that it'll only be useful (or probably only exist) for the duration of the quest. Yeah I get that vibe too :(
