  1. The thing that I had to remember was we were just hearing one side of the story, and though it doesn't really seem like the other side is going to have anything on it, you never know.
  2. I have the Razor Blackwidow, not really a fan. There are 5 keys on the left (M1-M5 for macros) which might be useful, but I just got too pissed off from accidentally clicking them since I am used to certain keys being all the way on the left. Just something to keep in mind if you decide to look for more...
  3. I wish I could remember what my nations were called. I don't even see any emails about it so it must have been before my current email address, which I got in 2004. Does anyone remember if we had a topic here or on Scapeboard about this? EDIT: http://forum.tip.it/topic/63968-does-nayone-here-play-nationstates/page__p__1022786__hl__nationstates__fromsearch__1#entry1022786 That's the earliest thread I could find on it. I didn't remember the names back then either apparently, and that was in 2006.
  4. The only other one I've seen so far is Antichrist, and while it was slow for the first 2/3 and then picked up, I think Melancholia was pretty much like you described. I wasn't impressed, but it wasn't bad to watch once. Same with Antichrist.
  5. If it is the same room I would prefer just laying a cable around the outside of the room than doing it wireless, or better yet run the cable properly under the floor or through the ceiling. Sometimes that isn't possible, and you can't run a cable at all, but most of the time there is a way. As the crow flies my router is about 15 feet from my computer, but after back tracking and wrapping my house (I went outside with it) I ended up using about 95 ft of cat5  .
  6. There is a problem with the M4s at 5000 hrs. http://www.anandtech.com/show/5308/crucial-to-fix-m4-bsod-issue-in-two-weeks There should be a firmware fix soon, so just keep that in mind.
  7. The show is even more awesome now that I do that job.
  8. I don't really like it, not sure why. Something just seems off about it...
  9. I actually just watched this yesterday, I kind of got the same feeling except I didn't get quite as much enjoyment. Basically it was enjoyable but it could have been awesome, had it just been a little different someway. Haha, not a very good way to describe something but that's the best I could come up with.
  10. My Win 7 drive is 40g and it's not bad to deal with, since it is an older one I have to keep it 25% empty as well. Newer ones you shouldn't have to worry about that as much. EDIT: I wouldn't suggest getting a 40gb one now though, definitely should go for 64gb at minimum.
  11. That's what the kids were filming with: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_8_mm_film
  12. I'm guessing someone really liked X-Men: First Class.
  13. Not sure which other RR movies you have seen already, but I have to say I enjoyed all of them. Sin City might be the best comic book movie there is, and Planet Terror is one of the best zombie movies recently. Of the Mexico trilogy I thought they got better as they went along, though many will say Desperado is better than Once Upon a Time in Mexico. I watched Friends With Benefits yesterday, I wasn't expecting much and got a little less than that.
  14. I actually watched this last night, and had similar feelings. With that cast it should have been much much better/funnier than it was.
  15. I work for an ISP, and I can tell you them just being in the area 95% of the time they are doing something for an individual customer, and they wouldn't be affecting you unless you call in. It is possible it is your internet connection, but it takes hardly anytime at all to bypass your router and try that, you should do as much as you should before blaming the company when it could just be your router.
  16. Nov 1: Nov 30: Mustache doesn't grow very well, which is why I usually go clean shaven.

  18. Heh, this was a good topic to accidentally post a picture of yourself in.
  19. I'm not sure what he was thinking with Tideland, it was just not good at all. I just finished watching all 8 Harry Potter movies, the last three of which I hadn't seen yet. They were actually pretty good.
  20. I deal with razor burn everytime I shave, because I also have super sensitive skin. But my beard also grows a lot, just not very well everywhere. So generally if I don't want to look crappy I have to shave every third day or every other day. It's the worse of both worlds.
  21. Jennifer Lawrence was only ok in X-Men: First Class, but she could do well enough in this role despite being too old.
  22. I thought the first book was ok, but not really good enough to go ahead and get the second or third. I saw the trailer yesterday and at that point it had me excited and thinking maybe I should go back and finish the trilogy, but I let it sit for a while and I started to remember why I never did that in the first place. I'll see the movie, see how much they cut it down to get the PG-13 rating, and if it is still fairly good then that will probably get me back in the mood to re-read the first book and read the rest of the trilogy.
  23. I'm doing No Shave November, and it sucks pretty badly. I don't care for the beards I grow. My mustache doesn't grow much at all, but I get a killer Abe Lincoln going on.
  24. I don't watch any commercials either. This season is just boring.
  25. The only thing I've liked about this season so far is seeing Lauren Cohen in something again.
