Well, in theory it should work for the DLC model too, ie leave out side missions and sell them as DLC. As long as you aren't charging the full $60 for the game and extra for day 1 DLC like EA did with Mass Effect 3...

If they left out the multiplayer mode and lowered the cost of the game for it, I might actually be persuaded to buy a game on launch day.

Finally got tengu tsuba mission after months. Spent all of my boosts to get it to 94%. It failed. Next day, lucked out and got another mission. Sent out at 82% GUESS WHAT, IT [bleep]ING FAILED TOO I know I have drygores but... jesus [bleep]ing christ how irritating. God only knows when I'll get another one. When I do, I'll probably send it out with 9 boosts at 99% and it will still fail.

It's not just any quest, it's the 200th. From the BTS it sounds like there will be a lot of post quest content, no doubt all of it will be comp req. Here's hopiing it's not livid farm tier -_-

Well, it's not bossing in general that I don't like, it's group only bosses. I did take the time to kill araxxor myself, and even did a few nex solos. Why waste time learning something that I never EVER want to do again?

The helper system seems really poorly implemented. One point for any boss? Looks like anyone that wants the rewards is going to take a bunch of noobs to KQ or some shit like that. Looks like I'll need to pay gouge prices for a leech on rago and rot6 after all...

As someone that still needs Rago and Rot6 kills for comp... I love this. Hell instead of having to pay for a leech, hardcore PvMers may even start paying noobs to take their PvM virginity, as it were.

And this is why HCIM is absolutely bonkers. My god damned router drops my wireless connection half a dozen times weekly, even if it didn't I can't fathom trusting so much work to the whims of the fickle ISP gods.

I don't mind this change, as long as they remove the BS restrictions against teleportation on bosses like Vorago and Araxxor. It's bad enough that I lose 200k on instance costs + all of the wasted supplies, but having to pay reclamation costs as well? Makes me want to do these bosses even less.
