They already changed the CW requirement from 4000 games to profound armor. Don't see why they can't change it again. Then again, allowing trimmers to use any minigame would just shift the leeching / boosting to whatever the most efficient minigame for the task would happen to be. It's going to happen no matter what, because these players are just trying to check off the req, they are not playing the minigame for fun. Also, I've already done rush of blood and several other of the requirements, and I assure you I don't give a damn if they are removed / moved to trim. I don't want other players to have to go through the same pain I did.

I suppose you're right, I guess it's just a lot harder to deal with now that Jagex is cramming so many BS mechanics into boss fights that you WILL [bleep] up a lot before you get the hang of it. It used to be fairly trivial to run with those players as long as you had the right gear and did your homework.

I tried going with a rsof team before, I read all the guides and watched all the vids I could. I [bleep]ed up ONCE and they kicked me. I wouldn't have a problem with these comp reqs if it wasn't for the GODAWFUL ELITIST [bleep]S that play this game nowadays.

Prolly would have been easier on me if I bothered making holy water or researched proper ability rotations... oh well it's done now anyway (=

Best I've done so far. This shit isn't [bleep]ing fair. 2 hours in and I'm physically and mentally exhausted from all the bullcrap I have to juggle, and I only get to wave 19. I know how this time trial shit works, the last few seconds are always the hardest to shave off. That I've only gotten this far really concerns me.

My best on solo rumble so far (no yak) The strategy for this seems to be: Hope you get trash bosses to start off with, focus on killing whatever the 4th spawn happens to be. Don't attack yelps, if you ignore him like god intended, he will just stand around half the time like the idiot he is.

For fun, double nomad: no food, familiar, or shield abilities. Apparently if you DPS him down just before he releases his disintegration move, he won't get to heal or whack you with his stick, he just dies.

First (and last) kill 1st attempt : Pay 200k only for my internet to disconnect me 10 seconds in (GRRRRRRRR) 2nd attempt: Melee araxxor, got to 3rd phase then ran out of food. How the hell is it supposed to be possible to range this [bleep]er's melee form? 3rd attempt: Araxxi at 3000 health (RAGE OF A THOUSAND WHITE HOT SUNS OF HATEFUL FURY) 4th attempt: Pic related. And a 5th attempt: Melee araxxor again. Oh great. Yup, ran out of brews right before 4th phase. All in all, I think I'll stick to QBD. I [bleep]ing hate this fight. I can't do 15 things at once god damn it. Edit: 5th attempt was on the base world instance. Didn't realize that it's a better chance of getting mage in an instance. So they punish you for not paying the tax, and still leave the chance for you to be screwed over even if you do... seems perfectly reasonable [/sarcasm]

The dragon defender will only have the stats of a level 30 shield and a level 30 offhand weapon. And it will only have access to shield abilities, not dual wield abilities (WHY NOT BOTH?!) They are possibly going to add more defenders, but even a level 90 defender would only be a tier 45 shield + 45 offhand weapon.

If all recipes can be gotten from DGing normally from 1-120, why the [bleep] bother adding it as a req in the first place? From that perspective, it seems to me it was added specifically to piss off old compers.

True that. God knows there are enough BS requirements bundled with the task system, I'm looking at you, temple trekking. I can kind of understand having all boss kills as a req too, but all of these elven titles seem like they would be more suited to trim reqs.

50 vis wax to extend all challenges is what they call "rebalancing" it? Some challenges give way more xp than others, why not make the cost depend on the skill?
