Apparently you aren't more advanced if they are using stat spy and you don't know how to use it. I do agree somewhat with your assessment though, cooking may be one of the easiest 99's to get but it still takes time and cash. I personally only cook what I catch and I haven't bothered with fishing set so no 99 cook for me.

I would like Burn X. It's tough to chat while training so I turn chat off in order to get some decent experience rates. It would be alot less clicking and one would have a chance to add to the social aspect of the game instead of just grinding it out. FM is such a useless skill anyway, why worry about "the death of firemaking". I'm glad I got my prayer cape before the alter update. The rate/hour was amazing with the gilded alter in my house. The downfall to getting that cape was my friends didn't see me on-line for quite awhile.

There are heaps of folks that play the game that are parents. Most of us started playing for the same reason that was stated in the first post............keep an eye on our kids. There are a few skiller clans out there that have an age requirement of 30 plus. One clan I know of has over 200 members. Dads ftw :thumbup:

I'm not convinced this attitude is exclusive to pkers. I have been training hunter abit on red chins. The amount of trash talking, stealing spots and rudeness is incredible. I haven't heard the acronym 'gf' so much since edgeville wildy. There has always been a certain percentage of rude players in the game. Does this mean the RS community is going down hill, nope. It's the same in real life, there is an idiot around every corner. The difference in RS is the degree of anonominity allows for a higher percentage of idiots. It has been like this for the 5 years I have played this game and hasn't really changed much. To peg the attitude on a pker or a skiller is false but the result of this attitude is annoying all the same.

as long as you are keeping track: fm ftl I only keep it higher then Construction and Summoning so my ToG points won't go into FM.

Tip.it is more cerebral the Zybez and HQ. It would be much more pleasant if the mod wannabe's would stop posting about their opinion on weather a post is in the wrong spot or weather it deserves to be discussed. I am also finding there to be a lot more RS bashing here then there used to be. Regardless, it is better then the other options out there.

Good point Jason. Myself and just about every other person I know in-game having been waiting for the GE to come out to sell their wares. There is a huge influx of sellers at the moment and not enough buyers. The GE reaction will be a reduction in prices. I think it will all even out eventually. I am very happy with this update so far. I sold heaps of torn pages yesterday that were taking up precious bank space. The best part about it was I didn't have to attempt to log on to world 2 repeatedly and then waist my time typing over and over that which I was selling. Runescapistan FTW!

I never trade these in. If you can get to the God Wars camp, I suggest you do them. I slay the Sara warriors just east of where you enter. You can usually find one in combat with a Zammy creature. No food or prayer required as their attention is turned elsewhere. Just ensure you where something Zammy and Sara when you do go there so you don't get attacked.

There is no way I would wear my zerker or my fury out while killing Green Drags. As well, if you are wearing melee armour, you are just begging for a mage to take you down. If you wear dhide armour and bring some food, you eat as you go. After a few runs, you can make a good estimate as to how much food you are going to need for each run.

lol, you are going to be bored out of your tree. You only need level 69 Con for the guilded alter if you use the crystal saw and the tea. That will cut down on your expenses abit. Best of luck :thumbsup:

I can't give you a definitive number but I can tell you have have 82 cooking and with the cooking guanlets on, on average, I burn 1 per load.
