Last week I waited 40 minutes in line with my roommate to register for the only coed dorms on campus.

The Question is refering to Pauli Exclusion Principle, I'm not exactly what the answer is but this is what we are going over in My College Chem class right now. Edit: Here is the answer: 1. For the given n of 9 the range of L is from 0-8 2. For each of the L values there are two electrons with a ml of 0. The range of L is 0-8 so that is 9 orbitals, each orbital has two electrons so the answer is 9x2=18.

No, it doesn't quite work like that. Utility is just a concept that can be used to describe how much "power" you get from the stat compared to how much experience you spend on it. The only way to get a rough idea of the utility is to get information on many fights that you do, and then look at the results. Each stat's utility will change from fight to fight which is why you need many fights. Sound complicated? That's why I stoped working on the guide almost a year ago. :?

The guide was going to be a way of helping players being more able to micromanage their characters. Basically trying to get the most results/benefits/"damage" from the experience you spend. Maybe I'l revise it with more complete information and ease of reading as I wrote it over 6 months ago :?

I like it, except it feels kind of empty. Perhaps color the text a yellow, green, or gold and see how it looks. You probably want the text to be light as to not distract from the head. As to make the reflection from the eyes more realistic maybe try a diagonal shading (upper-right down to lower-left). I don't know how that would look compared to how it is now, just an idea.

The text, text effects, and header image do not work well together. I like the black and white motiff, but again the header image does not work well. 4/10, work on the header image/header text.

I like it except it is pitch black around the edge of the water. Edit: Set it as my Wallpaper :P

No, not this guide, but look forward to any future guide that may or may not be coming in 2-3 months. :wink: I'm letting this guide go down because of the flaws that are in the calculations for "Total Utility" and "Marginal Utility". So I'm going to take a whole different approach to explain it.

I did not write my guide with characters with lows on my mind. Strength and Prayer aren't at their "prime" at 6-7*. Magic can be worked at 6* but I don't think so well at 7*. Hits, well I just don't know about Hits.
