Heya, Was the item completely removed from the game, or is it still ingame (but cannot be obtained)? Also, what is the exact name of the item? Is it 'Jester staff' or 'A jester stick' (if you recall)? Once those couple of questions are answered, we'll see about adding it if it checks out. The combat level of Nial has now been updated in the quest guide. Thanks for all the picture proof.

I wouldn't bother playing a pre-EoC or RS2006 server as I like playing through the new updates as they get released. I'm not ecstatic about the EoC, but I wouldn't want to miss out on any future updates. What I would probably play is a reboot/reset server that gets weekly updates alongside the main game, but everyone starts from scratch at the same time. It would add a different aspect of gameplay to the game for me. This sort of update wouldn't require much effort on Jagex's part, besides the initial setup as it would be the same game, just with different (reset) accounts.

This has now been added to each quest guide, sorry it took so long.

Heya, thanks for the submission. While those pictures are great (I particularly like the first one), that guide has enough images at the moment and those images don't really add anything which is necessary to the guide. Also, tip.it's guides use the .png format for pictures as they are slightly higher quality than .jpg. So I won't be adding them sorry, but thanks anyway and we appreciate it nonetheless.

Hey, sorry for not replying to this thread sooner. The reason you hadn't seen us posting here yet is because we need to confirm the changes. This is either done with screenshots (if provided by yourself or someone else) or if we do the quests. The reason for this is just to ensure accuracy. I read the feedback forums most days, and I'm sure the same can be said of other members of the website crew. It seems that we have since updated that guide with the new levels (perhaps a crewbie did the quest themselves but didn't see your thread, or saw your thread but forgot to post), so I have added your name into the credits for your assistance. Yep, it's definitely broken, so it's not just you. If it was working, it would be outdated due to the EoC since XP is awarded differently than it used to be. It would basically have to be rewritten from the ground up (or close to it). It seems that the ranged calculator (http://www.tip.it/ru...ranged_calc.htm) and the fighting calculator (http://www.tip.it/ru...ghting_calc.htm) have the same issues. It's on our list of things to do, but thanks for the reminder.

Heya, thanks for pointing this out. When Jagex brought out the skill set items on the SoF, they changed the sets already in the game to 5% (up from 2.5%). We made the changes to some of our calcs/planners, but it seemed this one was missed. The changes have now been made, and they should now give accurate values if you have fish flinger items. Thanks.

Refer a friend changed slightly since it was rebranded as recruit a friend late last year, and you now get 10% bonus experience in the skill they are training. For example, if they get 1mil hunter exp you will get a bonus of 100k hunter exp to use whenever you want. If you are on the same world and nearby, this is 20% instead. If you are offline or on another world, you get the 10% next time you are both logged in at the same time on the same world. This effect seems to last while both players maintain membership.
