Hmmm I can say for sure which is better but I think getting the exts would be more beneficial than the prayer due to the increase damage.

I was on the path to getting this months ago. Then div came out and I stopped at 99 and did Div..... Then couldnt be bothered slaying for a bit. Anyway got it done finally #16!

The age break down was rather surprising. Mostly the fact that over 26 and over is 23% of the community. Granted I am 6 months away from falling into that category myself. THought there would have been a large amount of younger players.

Or much less. Remember prayer before rs2? Noone even got 99 before the end of rsc and the first 99 prayer(lilyuffie) was perhaps one of the most important milestones of early rs history. I remember when lil got 99 prayer. WAs alot of buzz around the rs community

All someone needs to do is go to the RSOF and read the comments and post there. It will become apparent that the vast majority of RS people like the update and previous ones. There is a thread on there about which year is each persons fav year. 2013 was a very popular answer and a fair few said it due to SOF etc. TImes are changing

After reading more and more of the DIY blogs I finally made my own and have just started working on the account. Nothing to major to report as of yet as am on vacation. I am just looking for some useful tips/info for the beginning of my journey with a DIY account! I am mostly just skilling now as not to fussed about combat. So any sort of tips/tricks to help get me started would be appreciated!

Used to save up the plant pots from my farming (had about 2k did alot of newby farming) and weeds as well. Had about 4k weeds. Then account got hacked and all lost :(

I don't understand what is so difficult about EOC combat? I was not a fan of it at first but then I took the time to learn the quirks of it and what works best etc. Now I very much enjoy it...I couldn't imagine wanting the old system back....
